November 8

1:13 p.m. – Deputy patrolling Cascade Timber Consulting property on Marks Ridge contacted two subjects who were shooting at MR500 gate. They were told to stop and given options for legal areas to shoot.

1:36 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole her vehicle’s tires and rims, as well as tools from her shop and backyard, 1400 block of 53rd Ave. Officer responded, report taken. Approximate loss of value: $400.

2:29 p.m. – Caller reported stolen benches from the 1360 block of Main St. Officer responded, report taken.

November 9

10:36 a.m. – Ray Howard Knight was cited for driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control device and driving uninsured, Mobil, 2295 Main St.

11:13 a.m. – Caller reported an apparently intoxicated female attempting to leave a location in the 1100 block of Long St. Officer responded. Dixie Lee Samson was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

12:04 p.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 27, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal warrant for third-degree theft and a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree attempted burglary, 1950 Main St.

1:09 p.m. – Shannon Marie Richards, 48, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St.

3:07 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham, 43, was cited and released on Lebanon Municipal warrants for driving with a suspended license and failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth X2. Cited and released on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a citation and a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 18th Ave. and Main St.

November 10

1:26 a.m. – Anthony David Vestal, 45, was cited for driving uninsured, 18th Ave./Kalmia St.

9:07 a.m. – Clifford Lawrence Stoner, 48, was cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants X2, 1950 Main St.

November 11

12:54 a.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 28, was arrested for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving with a suspended license. Also arrested for failure to appear on an original charge of carrying a concealed weapon and failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest, Toledo Police Department.

1:11 p.m. – Caller reported stolen UHaul equipment, Herrings Auto Center, 4310 Main St. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized use of motor vehicle and first-degree theft.

1:31 p.m. – Caller reported a catalytic converter theft from a bus the previous day, 1500 block of Main St. Officer responded, report taken. Approximate loss of value: $550.

2:56 p.m. – Ronald Drury, 60, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failing to report as a sex offender and a Linn County Circuit Court Felony warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failing to report as a sex offender, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

10:11 p.m. – Ruthgaynelle Robbins, 48, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1800 block of Long St.

10:18 p.m. – Early Ryan Dodge, 27, was cited and released on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for providing false information to a police officer and Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on an original charge of offensive littering, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

4:14 a.m. – Michael Studer, 28, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 38th Ave. near Long.

1:55 p.m. – Daniel Connors, 58, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, 15th Ave. /Main St.

7:52 p.m. – Amanda Binks, 28, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Safeway, 1540 Main St.

November 13

3:52 a.m. – Brandon Morrissey, 28, was cited for no valid driver’s license, 2000 block of Main St.

10:45 a.m. – Marki Nicole Valk, 28, cited for driving 70/35 and no valid driver’s license, 400 block of Main St.

4:19 p.m. – Leonard John Finnell, 19, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree escape, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, and attempted unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, 1700 block of Dogwood St.

6:37 p.m. – Brandy Lee Dozier, 36, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:38 p.m. – Billy Joe Richardson, 55, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Hopewood Church, 890 Mountain View Road. Richardson was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

8:04 a.m. – Troy Dean Faulkner, 51, was cited and released for a hit-and-run, 160 block of 7th Ave.

10:36 a.m. – Caller found a wallet with debit cards, N. River Road. The item was placed in Property.

12 p.m. – Vincent Ray Paddock, 18, was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol, driving uninsured and no valid operator’s license, 6300 block of Main St.

1:28 p.m. – Rhiannon Lynn Martin was cited for failure to obey traffic control device, 24th Ave./Main St.

1:45 p.m. – David Michael Russell, 40, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

1:45 p.m. – Neil David VanEpps, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

3:20 p.m. – Brayden Travis Matthew Mason was cited for driving uninsured, Clark Mill Road/Main St.

9:53 p.m. – David Joshua Wall, 27, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Albany Police Department.

Nov. 14

12:12 a.m. – River Bend camp host reported loud and unruly campers, 45900 block Hwy. 20. Deputy contacted campers and warned them to comply with park rules.

12:45 p.m. – David Russell, 40, of Sweet Home, cited and released for warrants, 28000 block Fern Ridge Road. Report taken.

1:43 p.m. – Caller reported criminal mischief Highway 20/High Deck Road. Suspect hooked tow chain to CTC gate, ripped gate post out of ground. Report taken.
