12:23 p.m. – Caller reported that he lent his backpack to another person who took his wallet and Social Security card, 2200 block of Main. Report taken.

Nov. 27

12:15 a.m. – William Charles Drennan, 49, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln County.

2:59 p.m. – Caller reported that the back door of his neighbor’s house is open, 500 block of 12th. Officer responded and took report for first-degree burglary. Approximate value of stolen items was $1,300.

4:24 p.m. – Caprice Marie Stogsdill, 26, AKA Goodenough, turned herself in on Lane County warrant for probation violation on original charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, 1950 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:07 p.m. – Caller reported that her vehicle was stolen within the past hour while she was at work, 1300 block of Long. Report taken and stolen vehicle entered into the Law Enforcement Data System.

Nov. 26

9:44 a.m. – Caller reported that four tires on a vehicle were flattened over night, 600 block of Seventh. Caller called back as officer arrived. Caller determined that it was a prank by a friend and that there was no damage to the tires.

11:40 a.m. – Josie Brianne Mengore, 32, arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence; Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charge of unauthorized departure and failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended; and Lebanon warrants for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on a criminal citation, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:51 p.m. – John Burton Hamacher Jr., 46, cited for speeding, 80-45; failure to change address on license; and failure to change address on registration, 4900 block of Main.

9:44 p.m. – Jason Kibbey Cripe, 47, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to carry proof of insurance, Highway 20, milepost 25.

11:10 p.m. – Caller reported possible theft of cell phone, 3900 block of Osage. Investigation continuing.

11:13 p.m. – Caller reported female sitting in the middle of Highway 20, 4900 block of Main. Officer responded and contacted female, who was given non-custodial transport to a friend’s house. She did not make any statements regarding harming herself or anyone else. She was warned for disorderly conduct.

Nov. 25

7 a.m. – Caller reported that juvenile male stole $2 in tips from Buzz’d Espress, 621 Main St. Report taken.

7:16 a.m. – Caller reported $10 in tips stolen from Dutch Bros., 604 Main St. Report taken.

7:41 a.m. – Caller reported that someone shattered the bottom window of the front door, 2301 Main St., Taco Time. Officer responded. No entry gained. Report taken. Approximate damage was $200.

12:34 p.m. – Caller reported theft of wedding ring from vehicle sometime the previous night, 1000 block of First. Officer responded. Crime occurred in Lebanon. Caller advised to call Lebanon Police Department.

5:07 p.m. – Caller reported that someone threw a deer leg on her roof, 100 block of Eighth. Officer responded and confirmed it was a deer leg.

5:32 p.m. – Alora Lynese Fulbright, 22, arrested on Klamath County warrant for failure to appear, 42nd and Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:47 p.m. – Brian Lee Richardson, 37, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Deschutes County. Transported to Linn County Jail.

6:34 p.m. – Caller reported someone just shot a paintball at the front window of her residence, 900 block of Second. Report taken. No lasting damage.

Nov. 24

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported several items stolen from her residence, 1400 block of Westwood. Officer took report for theft of approximately $250 in missing property.

2:19 p.m. – Caller reported male subject just came into location and stole deli food, 1540 Main St., Safeway. When the caller approached the male, the subject threw the food at the caller and ran. Officer took report.

2:36 p.m. – Tony Scott Harden, 20, arrested for third-degree theft in connection to incident at Safeway, 1700 block of Spruce. Cited and released.

6:27 p.m. – Caller reported that female stuck items in her purse, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Officer took report for theft of approximately $12 in stolen items.

7:01 p.m. – Caller reported stepdaughter stole debit card and used it at locations in the area, 1700 block of Grape. Officer took report. Approximate value was $30.

8:43 p.m. – Caller reported slashed tires, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. Report taken for third-degree criminal mischief.

Nov. 23

3:53 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his EBT card and spent $200, 3200 block of Main. Investigation continuing.

8:38 p.m. – Caller reported that her sister’s medications have been stolen, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded. No medication stolen – only medical supplies. Report taken for second-degree theft of approximately $739 in medical supplies.

10:39 p.m. – Caller reported two males trying to kick in the back door of the East Linn Museum, 746 Long St. Subjects fled on foot. Officer took report for attempted second-degree burglary.

Nov. 22

3:59 p.m. – Autumn Dawn Johnston, 16; Amanda Marie McDowell, 17; and Brittney K. McDowell-Fehrer, 17, referred to Juvenile Department for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Released to responsible party and items returned to Thriftway.

4:19 p.m. – Caller reported a shoplifter on camera, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s True Value. Officer took report for theft of audio clips worth $2.49.

10:28 p.m. – Caller reported transient kicking dog at location, 18th and Long. Officer responded and contacted male who stated the dog tripped him. Dog appears to be fine, healthy and uninjured.

Nov. 21

8:18 p.m. – Edward Wayne Brady, 44, cited for speeding, 47-35; failure to carry proof of insurance; and driving uninsured, Sun Lane and Highway 20.
