November 16

12:48 p.m. – Clinton Jack William, 33, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Eugene Police Department.

2:42 p.m. – James Linder, 33, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court city-wide warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, 2405 Main St.

November 17

8:08 a.m. – Charles Kinney, 36, was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving uninsured and a dangerous left-hand turn, 2200 block of Main St.

9:00 a.m. – Ben McLarrin, arrested on multiple warrants. 43700 block North River Drive.

11:06 a.m. – Caller turned in several IDs and a wallet that were held for safekeeping, Bi-Mart, 1980 Main St. Items were placed in Property.

1:25 p.m. – Andrew Engelhart, 30, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, 1200 block of Main St.

1:51 p.m. – Caller reported that she was scammed over her phone and lost $4,600, 4900 block of Mimosa Circle. Officer responded; report taken for first-degree theft and identity theft.

3:38 p.m. – Alexis Nichole Armstrong was cited for heroin possession and driving uninsured, 1300 block of 12th Ave.

5:13 p.m. – Jimmie Gene Monhead, 51, was arrested for menacing (domestic violence), 1500 block of Tamarack St.

5:27 p.m. – Deputy located large unattended fire on bank of Foster Lake, 44700 block Quartzville Road. Put it out.

8:29 p.m. – Colleen Joy Anderson, 53, of Sweet Home, arrested for ultimately arrested for DUII- alcohol, reckless driving, and resisting arrest after report of single-vehicle crash Liberty Road/Fern Ridge Road. According to Sheriff’s log, deputy observed signs of impairment and Anderson admitted consuming alcohol prior to operating vehicle.

11:25 p.m. – Caller reported something buried in dirt near intersection of Highway 20/Quartzville Road. Turned out to be a dog buried in a shallow grave.

November 18

8:15 a.m. – Caller located a Coach wallet with drug paraphernalia, 1100 block of 29th Ave. Item was placed in Property.

8:30 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle left at Clover Park, 1470 First Ave. Officer responded; the bicycle was placed in Property.

9:26 a.m. – Caller reported a stolen package, 1800 block of Ames Creek Road. Officer responded; report taken for mail theft. Loss of value: $55.

11:08 a.m. – Heather Renae Fagan, 31, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of heroin and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1800 block of Long St.

1:02 p.m. – Michael Evan Matthews, 36, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court after a violation for driving with a suspended license. Cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court cite-and-release warrant for first-degree trespass, 2200 block of Long St.

4:21 p.m. – Lisa Dawn Johnston was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 400 block of Holley Road.

November 19

12:01 a.m. – Andrew Amundson, 32, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 1300 block 54th Ave.

3:14 a.m. – Amanda Dawn Teoli, 45, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft of services, pullout on Hwy. 20 by 57th Ave.

9:51 a.m. – Kirsten Lauree Hall, 30, was cited and released on a Jackson County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of meth and heroin possession, 1200 block of 44th Ave.

2:11 p.m. – Caller’s two adult sons were reported to be physically fighting, 4100 block of Osage St. One had the other in a chokehold. Jason Lee Aday, 25, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

4:34 p.m. – Kaleb Kimber Banta, 23, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and second-degree trespass. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault and strangulation and meth possession. Cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, 12th Ave./Tamarack St.

November 20

8:10 a.m. – Caller reported sugar placed in his gas tank, 4900 block of Larch Court. Report taken.

8:15 p.m. – Caller reported fireworks in area. This was the first of several calls in Holley area reporting fireworks/gunshots. Noises had ceased by time deputy arrived to investigate.

8:46 a.m. – Robert Jeff Perkins, 68, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender. Arrested on a Multnomah County Circuit Court warrant for possessing dangerous drugs, 300 block of Main St.

3:49 p.m. – Mark Steven Killian, 65, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants, Main St./12th Ave.

9:55 p.m. – Timothy Morgan, 20, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court cite-and-release warrant for second-degree trespass, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St.

November 21

10:56 a.m. – Peter Robert Piazza, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree animal neglect, Corvallis Police Department.

2:02 p.m. – Machaelray Jensen, 40, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, and Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, 1000 block of Long St.

2:33 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 33, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and Sweet Home Municipal warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass X5, third-degree theft and harassment. Arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of strangulation, harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct X2, fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and meth possession, 3000 block of Main St.

5:35 p.m. – Caller reported four kittens found abandoned in area of Liberty/Harmony roads. Taken to Linn County Animal Control.

8:29 p.m. – Eric Raymond Shipp, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1400 block of 22nd Ave.
