2:20 a.m. – Stacy Teixeira, 55, of Sweet Home, arrested on parole violation warrant and $7,500 Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, following a traffic stop. Teixeira also issued citations for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured. 42000 block North River Drive.
7:38 a.m. – Caller reported he purchased tires and now his father has put them on his vehicle and is trying to leave, 600 block of 4th. Officer responded, contacted involved parties, report taken for theft, forwarded to city attorney.
9:21 a.m. – Caller reported male and female screaming at each other, 1500 block of Tamarack. Officer responded, report taken for harassment, forwarded to city attorney.
4:20 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office requested an officer assist with a rollover crash until deputies arrive, 43900 block of Whiskey Butte. Officer assisted.
Nov. 17
12:50 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious persons scoping out houses in neighborhood, 17th and Dogwood. Officer responded, contacted female who stated she was just out for a walk, denied suspicious activity. Shanelle Marie Ellis, 37, cited and released on Albany warrants for resisting arrest, criminal trespass and failure to comply on an original charge of contempt; Linn County warrants for failure to appear on four counts of meth possession, failure to appear on charges of resisting arrest, harassment, assault on a public safety officer, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
4:48 a.m. – While on a traffic stop, officer located Pizzaro Obed, 34, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft and a Lebanon warrant for a probation violation. Cited and released in the field.
10:58 a.m. – Deputies responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash in 43500 block of Wiley Creek Drive/Mandee Lane. Operator, whose name was not reported in the Sheriff’s log, told deputies a mechanical problem caused the crash. Operator was transported to hospital for treatment of minor injuries. No property damage. Vehicle was towed. Report taken.
11:04 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office requested an officer assist with a crash until deputies arrive, Wiley Creek and Mandee. Officer assisted.
1:34 p.m. – Caller reported a male standing outside the store asking customers for money, 1501 Main, Speedee Mart. Officer responded, contacted and trespassed male from location.
4:44 p.m. – Amber Dawn Barton, 41, turned herself in on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation, 1950 Main, SHPD.
10:33 p.m. – Officer responded to manage traffic for a structure fire, 4600 block of Kalmia.
Nov. 18
12:45 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office cited Justin Lee Walker, 33, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
4:51 a.m. – Grady Daniel Nading, 35, arrested for rape, sex abuse, and unlawful sexual penetration, Green River and 47th. Booked, lodged at Linn County Jail.
7:21 a.m. – Caller reported someone stole his chainsaw, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft. Approximate value $600.
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported a fraudulent VISA card opened in 2004 and caller had just been made aware of it. 48000 block Highway 20.
11:17 a.m. – Heather Elaine Richards, 39, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and illegal display of plates, 600 block of Main. Also arrested on an Albany warrant for theft; a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and theft; Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of meth and heroin, a parole violation, and failure to appear on original charges of driving while suspended and a criminal citation, and another parole violation. Cited and released in the field.
12:07 p.m. – Callers reported a single vehicle crash with no injuries, Holley and Fern Ridge. Scott Kevin Heinz, 33, booked for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. Cited and released.
3:33 p.m. – Albany police served Parker Del Mowdy, 24, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of animal abandonment.
7:56 p.m. – Two callers reported a possible intoxicated driver, all over the road and stopping in the middle of the road, headed east toward 18th on Main. Officer stopped vehicle on 2100 block of Main. Scott Kevin Heinz, 33, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving, cited for driving while suspended and no seatbelt, booked cited and released. Vehicle impounded.
10:29 p.m. – Officer assisted with traffic around an apartment fire, 2400 block of Long. Fire put out, no further assistance needed.
Nov. 19
9:07 a.m. – Christopher Andrew Dilts, 32, cited for speeding, 56 in a 35, west of city limits.
9:24 a.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 31, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and speeding 40 in a 25, 1700 block of Main.
12:41 p.m. – Caller reported unlocked vehicle was entered and items stolen, 900 block of Long. Officer responded, report taken.
1:01 p.m. – Scott Kevin Heinz, 33, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and lodged at Linn County Jail per probation and parole, 9th and Main.
5:39 p.m. – Caller reported minor vehicle crash, Pleasant Valley and Main. Officer responded, drivers exchanged info, Bret Hartwick, 27, cited for driving while suspended.

11:20 a.m. – Lebanon Police cited Mason William Monroe, 27, on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
12:19 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office cited Charas Lelainia Blanco, 47, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of contempt of court.
4:10 p.m. – Benton County Sheriff’s Office cited Tiffany Ann Bates, 20, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
Nov. 21
12:16 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 53, cited and released on Linn County warrants for meth possession, trespassing, and 13 counts of failure to appear on a criminal citation, 2400 block of Main. Larry John Follett, 45, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass, two Lebanon warrants for parole violations, and a Linn County warrant for a parole violation. Follett’s parole officer notified.
7:40 a.m. – Officer cited and released Wayland Aurthor Porter, 60, on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass, SHPD, 1950 Main.
8:39 p.m. – Phillip Groff, 23, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. 1000 block Wiley Creek Drive. Report taken.

1:01 p.m. – Joseph Arthur Williams, 42, cited and released on a Lane County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of felony driving while suspended, and a Linn County warrant for the same, 890 Main, Towne Pump.
2:37 p.m. – Caller reported hearing her sister and her boyfriend fighting while they were talking on the phone, 2200 block of Nandina. Officer responded, both denied reported activity. Bryce William McGowan, 37, cited and released on a Benton County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
2:44 p.m. – Officer responded to a two vehicle crash on 22nd and Main. No injuries, damage over $2,500.
7:08 p.m. – Caller reported a loose dog killed a cat, 4100 block of Main. Caller then came in to SHPD to turn in dog. Officer responded, dog returned to owner, who was counselled for dog at large.
Nov. 22
10:58 a.m. – Deputy on patrol located CTC gate covered in graffiti, painted in white. 41900 block Marks Ridge Drive.
11:46 a.m. – Caller reported someone has been building campfires in the doorway of the Cornerstone Fellowship Church, 1234 Long. Officer responded, info noted, caller requested extra patrols.
3:40 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle just ran into a power pole then sped off, 600 block of 5th. Officer responded, report taken, damage over $2,500. Pacific Power advised, report forwarded to city attorney.
7:56 p.m. – Caller reported a group of males threw food at the McDonald’s building, then left on foot, 2000 Main. Officer responded, report taken, will be on lookout.
11:55 p.m. – Corvallis Police located Chaylan Dale Tosta, 38, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.
