Oct. 25

12:29 p.m. – Caller reported that someone dumped a refrigerator at the end of Sun Lane.  

6:36 p.m. – Deputy responded to a report of a bull causing a traffic hazard. Bull was contained in a field and its owner arranged with the property owner to secure the animal during daylight hours. 25300 block Brush Creek Road.  

7:26 p.m. – Caller reported that a female had returned to the caller’s home, pounding on her front door, 2300 block of Main St. Officer responded; a report was taken for second-degree criminal mischief. Approximate damage value: $300.

10:49 p.m. – Tristan Mitchell Spencer, 18, was cited for driving with a suspended license, Ames Creek Ct./Surrey Lane.

Oct. 26

5:38 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in at a vacant residence, 1360 block of Sunset Lane. Officer responded; a report was taken for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. Approximate loss of value: under $100.

8:39 a.m. – Two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported in the area of Pleasant Valley Road/North River Drive. Patrick Angland, 73, of Sweet Home, cited for passing in a no-passing zone. Report taken.  

12:16 p.m. – John Scott, 66, was cited for driving with a suspended license, parking lot, Safeway, 1540 Main St.

12:33 p.m. – Michelle Ray, 31, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license, 800 block of Long St. Ray was also cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.

2:49 p.m. – Charles Daniel Coats, 35, was cited and released on Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, 1200 block of Long St.

8:16 p.m. – Weezer Leviathan Ciccone, 46, was cited and released for second-degree criminal mischief, 6000 block of Main St.

11:25 p.m. – Robert Eugene Oar, 44, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, Sweet Home High School.

Oct. 27

4:55 a.m. – Weezer Leviathan Ciccone, 46, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main St. He was cited for the same offenses again at 6:29 a.m.

12:27 p.m. – A deputy investigated a report of illegal dumping on Cascade Timber Consulting property, 43700 block of North River Drive. Report taken.  

1:49 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen pickup hitch, Sweet Home area. Report taken. Approximate loss of value: $60.

4:01 p.m. – A 15-year-old juvenile, whose name was not released by the Sheriff’s Office, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault after allegedly punching a foster parent. Lodged at Linn Benton Detention. 44200 block of North River Drive. Report taken.

9:59 p.m. – Frank Attwood Trocha Jr., 26, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, Molalla Police Department.

11:05 p.m. – Allen Dale Ensley, 32, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for fourth-degree assault, 1000 block of Long St. Cited and released on a Douglas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of larceny.

Oct. 28

3:40 a.m. – Paul Allen Conklin, 31, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for robbery and absconding, City Hall parking lot/Main St. Arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for identity theft.

8:47 a.m. – Caller reported items taken from a shed break-in. The shop door was unlocked. Tools and pulley parts were missing. The investigation is continuing. 41100 block of Hwy. 228. Report taken. 

11 p.m. – Amy Leigh Barnes, 31, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and Washington County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth and failure to appear on an original charge of possession of heroin, 3000 block of Main St.

11:28 p.m. – Christina Marcella Marr, 36, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Madras Police Department.

Oct. 29

8:26 a.m. – Darin Al Jones, 52, was cited for speeding 53/35, 3200 block of Main St.

5:07 p.m. – Julianne Phillips, 28, was cited and released on Benton County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree robbery and possession of a stolen vehicle X2, and second-degree theft. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of a criminal citation X11 and driving under the influence of intoxicants, and unlawful possession of meth and heroin. Cited and released on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for violation of probation and Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft. Cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, and an Albany Municipal Court cite and release warrant for failure to report duties/property damage, 2200 block of Long St. Steven Ballweber, 32, was cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to report duties/property damage.

6:03 p.m. – Hunter Gomez, 38, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

6:38 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 31, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Albany Police Department.

6:41 p.m. – Caller reported a theft that occurred the previous evening, Steelhead Fitness, 1295 Main St. Report taken. Approximate loss of value: $60

7:44 p.m. – Two callers reported that a vehicle hit a curb, then a light pole in the median, 1700 block of Main St. Officer responded, report taken, damage over $2,500. The vehicle was driven by Debra Paulett Upton, 65.

10:08 p.m. – Freddie Leon Seiber, 59, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second degree theft, 1900 block of Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.

Oct. 30

1:07 a.m. – Officer found a backpack at location, Sankey Park. Item was placed in Property.

9:07 a.m. – Dustin Kyle Westling, 35, was cited for driving with a suspended license, 3100 block of Main St.

9:57 a.m. – Kimberly Ann Bachmeyer, 44, was cited and released on a Lebanon Police Department warrant for second-degree theft, 800 block of Long St.

11:16 a.m. – Caller reported he was lost in the woods and was experiencing chest pains. Deputies located him with the help of the caller’s son and transported him to a nearby ambulance. 27100 block of Scott Mountain Road.  

3:44 p.m. – Timothy Wayne Spitzer, 65, was cited for driving uninsured, 2000 block of Main St.

4:53 p.m. – Connor James McCown, 27, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 12th Ave./Osage St.

Oct. 31

1:21 a.m. – Caller reported a trespassing male at location, 1230 block of Main St. Officer responded, male cited for trespass.

9:30 a.m. – Deputy contacted two individuals who were camping at the gravel pit near Milepost 39, on Cascade Timber Consulting property. They were told to move on, which they did. 44000 block Hwy. 20.  

2 p.m. – Freddie Leon Seiber, 59, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and possession of meth, 2400 block of Main St. Cited for driving uninsured.

5:31 p.m. – Nathan Daniel Brown, 46, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second degree theft, Corvallis.

6:15 p.m. – Paul William Kalina, 46, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for possession of meth. Cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of theft of services, 13th Ave./Kalmia St.

7:33 p.m. – Amanda Leah Binks, 28, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, Chevron, 1306 Main St.
