Oct. 26

7:04 a.m. – Caller reported hitting a deer, 3000 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken for motor vehicle accident, over $2,500 in damage, deer dispatched.

8:26 a.m. – Caller requested male be trespassed from the parking lot he owns, 1300 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted caller who would like male contacted and trespassed.

10:00 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle broken into and items taken, 200 block of Holley. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft.

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported two vehicles cutting cookies in the gravel in 40300 block of Highway 228.

2:14 p.m. – Caller reported male neighbor is yelling at him over parking spots, 4600 block of Main. Officer responded, ongoing neighbor issue, attempted to mediate the situation.

3:26 p.m. – Albany Police cited Jamie Crystal Glass, 28, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

4:06 p.m. – Albany Police cited Ryan Wesley Sechrest, 33, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform duties of a driver.

6:15 p.m. – Linn County dispatch reported a motor vehicle crash on Highway 228 and Rowell Hill with vehicles blocking lanes. Officer responded, report taken for a hit and run. Vehicle bearing license plate 662JLX impounded by Lloyd Rice Towing.

6:37 p.m. – Caller reported a stalking order violation took place Oct. 25, also believes female came into her home and let her iguana go into her backyard, 1600 block of Willow. Report taken for burglary, theft, and violation of stalking order.

11:51 p.m. – Caller reported loud music, believes the subjects have a police scanner, 1000 block of 43rd. Quiet upon arrival.

Oct. 27

9:52 a.m. – Caller reported it appears people are staying at a foreclosed property, vehicle that has been stripped is there as well, 28100 block of Riggs Hill. Officer responded, nobody at location. Will attempt to locate someone responsible for the property.

10:13 a.m. – Officer located a motor vehicle crash, Main and 9th. Vehicle bearing license 802MLS towed from location.

4:00 p.m. – Mark Rettinger, 50, turned himself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 1950 Main, SHPD.

9:16 p.m. – Caller reported he caught a subject trying to steal his van, 1540 Main, Safeway. Officer contacted caller who has no paperwork on the van and allowed the subject to take the van.

Oct. 28

2:10 a.m. – Subject came to caller’s residence with a baseball bat and accused him of taking his bike, caller believes he may be under the influence, 1200 block of Nandina. Officer responded, contacted male and counselled him on his actions. Caller advised.

2:40 a.m. – Male taking his shirt off acting suspicious near 18th and Main. Officers have been in contact with him, will be on lookout.

8:43 a.m. – Randall McDaniel, 58, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for theft of service, 1540 Main, SHPD.

10:10 a.m. – Bryce McGowan, 37, arrested on a U.S. Marshalls warrant for possession of a weapon, 1950 Main, SHPD. Released to U.S. Marshalls.

11:24 a.m. – Caller reported she hit a vehicle this morning but had to leave, just attempted contact with owners of vehicle, but they were not home, 900 block of Long. Officer responded, report taken.

1:12 p.m. – Lane County located Dena Renee Childers, 60, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

2:02 p.m. – Caller reported he had been talking with a female via phone for some time and sent her money, 900 block of Main. Officer responded, info noted, caller’s bank has been notified. Caller advised it was a scam.

3:22 p.m. – Caller reported her roommate picked the lock on her washing machine, 1500 block of Tamarack. Officer responded, contacted parties, civil matter. Parties agreed to stay separated and remain calm.

4:45 p.m. – Deputy located camper in area posted “No Camping” at milepost 25 on Quartzville Road. Woman said her vehicle was broken down and requested deputy arrange a tow when back in cell service.

5:04 p.m. – Caller reported his girlfriend just physically attacked him and left on foot with their child, 700 block of 7th. Officer responded, contacted parties involved, minor physical disturbance. Parties separated and advised of options, report forwarded to city attorney.

5:45 p.m. – Caller reported the neighbor kid grabbed her granddaughter by the hair and slammed her on the ground, 1200 block of 2nd. Officer responded contacted all parties involved, report forwarded to DHS.

6:13 p.m. – Timothy Loren Ames, 31, turned himself in for probable cause of theft, 1950 Main, SHPD.

6:59 p.m. – Caller reported her adult son damaged items in her house, 2400 block of Long. Officer responded, report taken for criminal mischief, approximate value $50.

7:07 p.m. – Driver “accidentally” drove over mailbox when making U-turn 28900 block Manx Lane. James Thompson, 70, of Sweet Home, cited for no valid license. Damage estimated at $500.

7:51 p.m. – Caller reported a male is being verbally abusive toward her, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, verbal disturbance, parties agreed to stay separated.

8:22 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbors just backed into his vehicle, 1800 block of Fir. Officer responded, report taken, damage under $2,500, parties exchanged information.

10:58 p.m. – Caller reported intoxicated male driving with a child in the vehicle, 2000 block of Main. Officer unable to locate.

11:46 p.m. – Female who lives at location is verbally causing a disturbance, pounding on caller’s bedroom door and yelling. Female called and stated her ex partner’s father was being obnoxious, 1800 block of Vine. Officers contacted, verbal only, female intoxicated, parties will remain separated.

Oct. 29

3:30 a.m. – Caller went out to turn the meat she is smoking in the smoker in her enclosed backyard, and some of her meat is missing, 1400 block of 54th. Requested extra patrol.

11:12 a.m. – Multiple callers report a motor vehicle crash against a fire hydrant, 2200 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken, damage estimate under $2,500.

11:51 a.m. – Caller reported wife is trying to leave with children and they are in a verbal argument. Officer responded, verbal only, info noted, parties separated.

12:28 p.m. – Caller requested an officer come and make her adult son leave, 1100 block of 43rd. Officer responded, Timothy Tyrell Combs, 38, arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office felony warrant for a probation violation, failure to appear on a criminal citation, and an Albany warrant for driving while suspended. Lodged in Linn County Jail.

3:06 p.m. – Trooper requested an SHPD officer serve a local warrant at Lakeside Market. Tracy Neal Hayes, 54, arrested on an SHPD warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.

5:49 p.m. – Caller reported being harassed, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, contacted parties involved, who agreed to stay separated.

11:39 p.m. – Caller reported two males on bicycles have been riding back and forth in front of her house for 45 minutes, 2200 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted two males matching the description. They admitted to being in the area but denied being involved in any suspicious activities. Dakota Mathew Miranda, 20, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation. Alonzo Gilbert Martinez, 44, cited and released on a Linn County warrants for attempted theft, two charges of criminal citation, and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief.

Oct. 30

1:19 a.m. – Caller is currently in the hospital and needs to know his dogs are being cared for, 1000 block of 14th. Officer responded, multiple people at the residence caring for the animals. Caller advised.

4:02 a.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 27, cited and released on a Lane County parole violation for failure to appear. Released with instructions from probation officer.

6:39 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was stolen from the location, 1200 block of 41st, last seen on 49th from Long. Officer responded, report taken, checked area but unable to locate. Will be on lookout.

9:45 a.m. – Deputies took a report of an alleged assault in which a caller said he witnessed an adult female punch a 17-year-old boy, 40400 block Upper Calapooia Drive. Investigation ongoing and deputies are looking for the suspect. The Sheriff’s Office declined to release further details.

11:47 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor riding ATV on roadway, 1800 block of Kalmia. Officer responded, monitored area but unable to locate.

1:14 p.m. – Caller reported a teenager often does burnouts, Wiley Creek and Main. Officer responded, contacted caller by phone, requested male be identified and counselled.

12:11 p.m. – Norma Hutson, 56, of Sweet Home arrested on DUII warrant. Cited and released. Report taken. 40400 block Upper Calapooia Drive.

3:47 p.m. – Caller reported someone is using his social security number, 806 Long, Sweet Home Inn. Info noted.

3:53 p.m. – Male keeps coming through the Chev station trying to touch the caller and saying things that make her uncomfortable. Caller will call if male returns, would like him trespassed.

4:04 p.m. – Tony Rae Roebuck, 26, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of attempted burglary, 806 Long, Sweet Home Inn.

5:12 p.m. – Male requested police at location, 2400 block of Long. Report taken for assault, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm. Probable cause for arrest, parole officer advised.

6:51 p.m. – Male who was trespassed from All Star Pizza and left, but is now back in the back parking lot. Officer responded, Cody Michael Lobdell, 24, cited and released in the field for criminal trespassing. Also cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of theft and theft of services.

7:59 p.m. – Caller reported theft of propane forge and tank from back of truck, 1000 block of Long. Report taken for theft and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, loss valued at $730.

10:21 p.m. – Julianne Nicole Phillips, 27, cited and released on Benton County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, robbery and theft, as well as a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation and a Linn County warrant for two counts of failure to appear, a parole violation, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and possession of meth, 2400 block of Long.

11:14 p.m. – Caller reported a male went into her tent and stole her cigarettes, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, info only, no theft occurred. Caller believed male went into her tent while she was away. Requested male stay away from her, male advised of request and counselled on his actions.

Oct. 31

1:17 a.m. – Caller reported multiple people were engaged in a physical altercation, 300 block of 9th. Parties now separated, Oscar Paul Rodriguez, 33, arrested for assault and harassment, booked, cited and released.

1:27 a.m. – Albany Police served a Sweet Home warrant to Leslie Lee Gibson, 54, for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

2:55 a.m. – Caller reported a male is sitting in front of her tent, blocking her door, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, parties agreed to remain separated for the rest of the night.

9:26 a.m. – Oregon State Police reported weapons denial at Bi-Mart, 1980 Main, on Oct. 28. Officer responded, report taken, investigation ongoing.

11:00 a.m. – Caller reported a male is intoxicated and bothering people, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, sent male’s mother a text message requesting she come pick him up. Male agreed to stay quiet and leave people alone until his mother shows up.

11:50 a.m. – Caller reported a male mowing and weed eating on county property, 2000 block of Willow. Officer responded, Davy Phillips, 48, arrested for criminal trespassing and a Linn County felony warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of forgery. Booked and lodged at Linn County Jail.

1:21 p.m. – Caller reported his credit card was used at Safeway while he was in the hospital, 1000 block of 14th. Officer responded, report taken for fraudulent charges of credit card and theft.

2:24 p.m. – Caller reported firewood stolen, 1800 block of 12th. Officer responded, report taken, approximate loss valued at $200.

4:51 p.m. – Caller reported ex violated a restraining order she had against him, 3100 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken. Report to be forwarded to district attorney for review.

5:00 p.m. – Caller reported a needle sitting in the roadway in front of location, 300 block of 8th. Officer responded, seized for disposal.

5:42 p.m. – Caller reported a homeless male and female stole a shopping cart from Thriftway, 621 Main, last seen headed east on Main from Clark Mill. Michelle Yvonne Ramos, 39, cited for theft and trespassed at caller request. Male also trespassed from location.

6:40 p.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 32, arrested on SHPD warrants for failure to appear on an original charges of theft and three counts of criminal trespassing, 1950 Main, SHPD.

8:12 p.m. – Caller reported a trailer in the ditch, 59th and dam parking lot. Driver miscalculated turn, no property damage, tow on scene.

8:39 p.m. – Caller’s husband has hurt her and will not give her the keys to leave, 1500 block of Tamarack. Officer tried to mediate, some physical on both sides. Female given domestic violence info, will stay separated.

8:42 p.m. – Caller reported an angry female has been 86’d from location but is in the lobby and refusing to leave, 2000 Main, McDonald’s. Officer responded, female gone on arrival. Officer contacted latter and trespassed.

9:14 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 30, arrested by Corvallis Police on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal mischief.

10:39 p.m. – Caller reported a female dancing on top of a green Jeep at 7-Eleven, 2405 Main. Vehicle gone on arrival.

11:50 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office cited Robert Dwayne Pollock, 47, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment.

Nov. 1

12:11 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors are loud and won’t stop, 4th and Ironwood. Officer responded, caller had a general complaint about party noise from neighbors.

12:34 a.m. – Caller reported several fights occurring in the front parking lot, 2405 Main, 7-Eleven. Officer responded, disturbance with unknown people who had left, no one wants to pursue charges.

12:57 p.m. – Joshua Lee Roebuck, 33, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, an Albany warrant for theft, a Linn County warrant for a probation violation, 2405 Main, 7-Eleven. James Brian Tidwill, 62, arrested on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended, an Albany warrant for contempt of court, and a Linn County warrant for a probation violation, 2405 Main, 7-Eleven.

1:11 a.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 57, arrested by Albany Police on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving.

3:25 a.m. – Male punched a hole in caller’s door, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, report taken, approximate damage valued at $60.

11:49 a.m. – Caller reported son has been pushing dad around, 3100 block of Long. Officer responded, parties calm upon arrival, minor physical, non-mandatory arrest. Son will stay the night at a friend’s house.

12:31 p.m. – Caller reported his son is threatening him and would like him removed from the home, 1400 block of 22nd. Officer responded, son will be collecting some items and will leave for a bit, caller was advised of eviction process. Eric Shipp, 46, cited and released on an Albany warrant for criminal trespass and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.

12:34 p.m. – Caller reported a male is threatening to put a hole in her face, 400 block of Holley road. Officer responded, same family issues as usual. Caller advised of options, all agreed to stay apart for the rest of the day.

2:05 p.m. – Caller reported a female used a counterfeit $20 bill, would like her trespassed, 1203 Long, All Star Pizza. Officer responded, will attempt to locate and trespass female.

2:52 p.m. – Caller reported she is being harassed by a Trump supporter who is standing in front of her residence, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, male agreed to move to other side of intersection. Caller also had him trespassed from her residence.

3:32 p.m. – Shane Wells, 44, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender, a Linn County warrant for a probation violation, an Albany warrant for contempt of court, and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register as a sex offender, 621 Main, Thriftway. Lodged at Linn County Jail, also cited for driving while suspended.

3:42 p.m. – Caller reported female sent him a text message last night, 1800 block of Ames Creek. Officer responded, report taken, forwarded to district attorney for review of charges.

7:47 p.m. – Caller reported a male is there who has been trespassed from location, 1203 Long, All Star Pizza. Cody Michael Lobdell, 24, cited and released for criminal trespass. Owner called back and requested that he be asked to leave the parking lot, gone on arrival.

9:20 p.m. – Taylor Shelley Marie, 37, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 1700 block of Main.

Nov. 2

5:39 a.m. – Caller’s unlocked vehicle was entered, 500 block of Juniper. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft, approximate loss valued at $755.
