12:08 p.m. – Caller reported that he went to get gasoline for his vehicle and discovered someone cut the gasoline lines on his vehicle, 2200 block of Nandina. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft.
1:11 p.m. – Kevin Lee Thoreson, 45, turned himself in on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of contempt of court, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
8:20 p.m. – Shane Alan Douglas, 41, cited for speeding, 61-45, 4800 block of Main.
9:20 p.m. – Blake Ryan Holder, 22, cited for driving while suspended, 4000 block of Long.
Nov. 11
12:03 a.m. – Caller reported male popped vehicle tire with a knife then walked away, 2000 block of Main. Report taken. Approximate value of tire was $280.
7:14 a.m. – Caller reported that someone went through vehicle during the night, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. Report taken. Unknown if any items missing.
12:35 p.m. – Caller reported that her stereo was stolen from her vehicle, 3200 block of Main. Report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and third-degree theft. Stereo valued at approximately $50.
5:39 p.m. – Caller reported that his son and friend were at the skate park and an older teen stole his friend’s bike. Officer responded and took report for second-degree theft, skate park. Approximate value was $375.
6:38 p.m. – Oregon State Police reported that a stolen vehicle had been recovered in North Bend. Officer responded, 1800 block of Grape. No one home. Contacted a neighbor who would have the registered owner contact the police.
Nov. 10
6:14 a.m. – Ashley Marie Adams, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charges of possession of meth and identity theft and Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and cited for driving while suspended, 53rd and Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:22 a.m. – Michelle Kay Mosley, 45, cited for operation of unsafe vehicle and driving uninsured, 621 Main St., Thriftway.
11:53 a.m. – Sarah Christine Wyatt, 17, taken into custody for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, Upper Sankey Park. Cited and released to responsible adult.
1:51 p.m. – Austin Ryan Richards, 18, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to comply on original charge of theft by deception, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.
3:10 p.m. – Caller reported that while working on a house, a subject stole a dishwasher from the front porch, 1300 block of 56th. Report taken.
Nov. 9
12:30 a.m. – Dean Fredrick Pruitt, 39, arrested for menacing, 22nd and Main. Cited and released.
1:45 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject going door to door asking residents if they have security systems. Officer responded and contacted male who was an employee of an alarm system company with an appointment at a nearby residence. Male was canvassing the neighborhood for other potential customers. Officer advised him of the rules for selling within the city limits. Male said he would not attempt to sell anything and would get a permit next time.
4:36 p.m. – Paul Allen Conklin, 21, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Highway 228 and Fern Ridge. Cited and released.
8:36 p.m. – Brianna Skye Wirth, 19; Alexandra Marie Dant, 19; and Katelyn Rose Anderson, 20, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, 250 Main St., OK Country Feed and Seed. All were trespassed from location. Caller had reported that females were trying to steal pallets.
Nov. 8
1:05 p.m. – Caller found a bag of marijuana in parking lot, 610 Main St., Dan Dee Sales. Officer responded, seized and destroyed marijuana.
2:05 p.m. – Savanna Rettinger, 13, cited for minor in possession of tobacco, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.
11:48 p.m. – Dean Fredrick Pruitt, 39, arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, 22nd and Main. Cited and released.
Nov. 7
8:40 a.m. – Caller reported that a boat motor and some fishing equipment was stolen sometime in the past month, 1400 block of Elm. Report taken for second-degree theft. Value of stolen items was approximately $450.
6:19 p.m. – Sandra Kay Updegrave, 50, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving and cited for speeding, 37-25, First and Nandina. Cited and released.
8:08 p.m. – Theodore Eugene Shinall, 33, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and probation violation, 6281 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
8:50 p.m. – Lisa Marie Tilson, 31, arrested on Marion County warrant for probation violation on original charge of fourth-degree assault and Salem warrant for failure to appear on a show cause hearing, 3041 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
9:35 p.m. – Caller reported money taken from till, 6099 Main St., Waterhole Tavern. Approximately $500 in cash stolen. Officer took report for second-degree theft.
