10:57 a.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dog got out and ran down 18th Avenue, 1900 block of 18th. Situation was resolved before officer arrival. The dog’s owner ensured it would not happen again.
11:51 a.m. – Stephan Anthony Schmidt, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to police, Benton County. Cited and released.

3:56 p.m. – Shelby Lynne Wymetalek, 22, cited for careless driving, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle in two-vehicle crash, Fern Ridge and Highway 228. No injuries. Officer counseled both drivers and a passenger about using marijuana.
3:59 p.m. – Tiffany Leighann Gentle, 34, arrested for two counts of second-degree burglary, 600 block of 43rd. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:24 p.m. – Caller turned in two stray dogs he found on Wiley Creek and had been housing for four days. Dogs placed in kennel.
