11:59 a.m. – Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife on Cascade Timber Consulting property, Old Hufford Drive/Quartzville Road. They were homeless and had stayed the night on CTC property. They were warned about camping on CTC land. They left.
12:28 p.m. – Veronica Sue Szuch, 25, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation, 1st Ave./Hwy. 228. Cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation/third-degree theft. Also cited for driving with a suspended license, driving uninsured, and failing to install an ignition interlock device.
3:27 p.m. – Caller reported pigs running loose in 28500 block Ridgeway Road. Pig owner arrived ahead of Sheriff’s deputy and corralled the swine. No further action.

12:46 a.m. – Caller reports multiple shots fired behind her residence and one hit near her window, 2400 block of Main St. Officer responded; report taken for unlawful use of a weapon, reckless endangering and first-degree criminal mischief.
10:15 a.m. – Caller reported loose horses creating traffic hazard in the 40200 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Owner arrived on scene and got the situation under control.
3:57 p.m. – Caller reported two sheep killed in the 40900 block of Hwy. 228 by two dogs owned by Wes Baxter of Sweet Home. Report taken.
October 13
10:32 a.m. – A 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for second-degree criminal mischief X2 and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle X2, Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St.
1:34 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle-break in and theft of belongings the previous evening, 1100 block of Poplar St. Officer responded; report taken for second-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. Approximate value: $160.
5:51 p.m. – Caller reported that a woman came onto her property and stole several bags of cans/bottles, 1100 block of Elm Street. Officer responded; report taken for third-degree theft.
8:36 p.m. – Ashley Dawn Fagan, 30, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 block of Main St.

5 a.m. – David Duane Phillips, 66, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving with a suspended license, 3000 block of Main St. Also cited for driving uninsured and reckless driving.
9:43 a.m. – Bryanna Sue Harley, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Police.
12:37 p.m. – Patrick John Ward, 40, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
1:59 p.m. – Matthew Everett Wood, 40, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Portland Police Department.

12:01 a.m. – Caller wanted to know how to determine if her computer and internet had been hacked. She was referred to her internet provider’s tech department. 29200 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
1:38 a.m. – Corey Brandon Ford, 30, was arrested on a Lebanon Police Department warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft, Lebanon Police Department.
7:32 a.m. – Cody Allen Bowman, 32, was arrested for attempting to elude police, parking lot, Safeway, 1540 Main St. Aleece Rochelle Woods, 35, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2.
8:04 a.m. – Caller reported a non-injury crash in the 28700 block of Liberty Road. After investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, it was learned that there was no damage to either vehicle and the caller had had to slam on brakes when the other vehicle turned in front of them to enter a driveway. All parties were “talked to.”
2:31 p.m. – Dustin Westling, 34, was cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding 48/35, PV boat ramp.

10:06 a.m. – Ruthgaynelle Robbins, 48, was cited and released for second-degree burglary, 4100 block of Osage St. Michael Thomas Blohm, 41, was cited and released for second-degree burglary, and cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.
4:25 p.m. – Joshua Martin Hughes, 19, was cited and released on Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 2400 block of Main St.
