11:35 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered her vehicle and stole some property while it was parked over the weekend, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Officer responded. Report taken. Approximate value of $140 in items taken from vehicle.
1:33 p.m. – Julia Mae Saft, 70, cited for speeding, 60-45, Clark Mill and Main.
Oct. 30
11:19 a.m. – Jordan Scott Carter, 20, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to comply, Skate Park off Long. Cited and released.
1:27 p.m. – Caller reported windshield smashed on son’s vehicle sometime on Oct. 28, 937 31st Court. Report taken.
3:48 p.m. – Jason Leroyce Anderson, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of strangulation and interfering with a police report and Philomath warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1540 Main St., Safeway.
Oct. 29
1:04 a.m. – Austin Wayne Rowe, 17, and Coral Ann Marcks, 15, referred to Juvenile Department for curfew violation. Rowe also referred for minor in possession of tobacco, First and Highway 228.
8:46 a.m. – Caller reported two vehicles entered during the night. Officer took report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, 4600 block of Mahogany. Insurance cards and registration were taken.
11:20 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle driving erratically through Sweet Home. Officer located vehicle at Lakeside Market and contacted driver, who denied unsafe or erratic driving except when he said he was being “tailed” by another vehicle. Driver warned. No further action.
11:45 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle missing from driveway, 1200 block of 46th. Officer responded, and vehicle was signed as stolen.
1:32 p.m. – Caller reported a little boy lying in the road and rolling out of the road when a car comes, 2400 block of Long. Caller was concerned he may get hit. Officer checked area and was unable to locate any juveniles in the area but would be on the lookout.
2:18 p.m. – Scott Lawrence Heinz, 48, cited for driving while suspended, Seventh and Oak Terrace.
2:37 P.M. – Caller reported his girlfriend was bitten on the shoulder by a dog as she passed the fence where it was contained, 900 block of 13th. Officer contacted female and caller and determined the dog never left the yard but bit over the fence. No one was at the residence for contact. Report will be forwarded to dog control.
2:43 p.m. – Caller reported someone entered vehicles while parked at location, 48th Loop. Officer took report for two counts of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.
3:41 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to enter his vehicle, 48th Loop. Officer responded and took report for third-degree criminal mischief.
4:22 p.m. – Bobbi Jo Taylor AKA Henson, 31, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, Main and 10th.
4:39 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole items from porch and vehicles, 48th Loop. Officer responded and took report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Some $600 in items taken.
6:16 p.m. – Caller reported someone entered his residence and stole several items, 1700 block of Tamarack. Officer responded and took report for first-degree burglary. Approximately $300 in items taken.
7:19 p.m. – Blake Leas Donalson, 38, arrested for harassment and first-degree sexual abuse, 2000 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
8:23 p.m. – Esteban Scott Garcia, 16, referred to Juvenile Department for runaway, 1250 Second Ave.

3:25 a.m. – Jessikah Ann Irene Harris, 31, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and cited on Albany warrant for third-degree theft, 1666 Elm St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:04 p.m. – Antonio Ignacio Ramirez, 17, cited for no seatbelt.
1:03 p.m. – George Josef Drexler, 37, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Released to Lebanon Police Department.
1:21 p.m. – Officer allegedly found controlled substance on prisoner, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. George Josef Drexler, 37, arrested for possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of meth.
2:53 p.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix Jr., 36, cited and released in field for misdemeanor driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Highway 228 and Fern Ridge.
3:42 p.m. – Jennifer Lynn Harp, 39, cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 49th and Main. Caller had reported a slender, petite female wearing short shorts and a gray sweater walking up to people on the street and offering to sell them weed. Officer responded and contacted female, who denied trying to sell marijuana.
9:53 p.m. – Steve Terry Walker, 23, taken into custody on probation violation, 4322 Long St. Transported to Sweet Home Police Department for probation officer.
Oct. 27
7:34 a.m. – Two-vehicle crash, Main and 19th. Drivers were Cheryl Elaine Wirth, 42, and Patricia Ruth Kagler, 59. No injuries. No citations.
2:01 p.m. – Danny John Kleiven, 54, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, Main and 23rd.
6:05 p.m. – Caller reported bicycle stolen from carport overnight, 1300 block of 45th Avenue. Report taken for second-degree theft. Approximate value was $150.
9:04 p.m. – Victor Mendoza Jr., 28, arrested on Idaho warrant for probation violation on original two counts of driving under the influence, 835 Oak Terrace. Transported to Linn County Jail.
Oct. 26
9:55 a.m. – Caller reported theft of $4,000 in jewelry sometime in the past two weeks, 2900 block of Jefferson Court. Officer responded. No sign of forced entry. Report taken for first-degree theft.
11:17 p.m. – Caller reported that student brought realistic-looking BB gun to school, 1641 Main St., Sweet Home High School. Officer responded.
4:51 p.m. – Julia R. Trietsch, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, Multnomah County. Transported to Linn County Jail.
9:01 p.m. – Report taken for second-degree burglary, 1206 Main St., Green for All Seasons. Approximately $100 taken.
7:44 p.m. – Brandon Michael Gregory, 17, cited for following too closely in two-vehicle crash, Highway 228 and Second. Second driver was Rebecca Miller, 59. Miller transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by ambulance.

7:46 a.m. – Laura Mae Peterson, 38, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, 621 Main St., Thriftway.
12:38 p.m. – Matthew Ellis Claxton, 23, arrested for possession of a restricted weapon and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, 16th and Elm. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:51 p.m. – Travis Trent Stach-Sells, 21, arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to comply on original charge of fourth-degree assault and contempt of court, Justice Court parking lot. Transported to Linn County Jail.
3:41 p.m. – Caller reported that when he came out of Safeway, his bike was gone, 1540 Main St. Officer took report for theft of $100 bicycle.
6:35 p.m. – Caller reported theft of 55-gallon barrel from residence, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Report taken for third-degree theft. Value was approximately $60.

9:18 a.m. – Caller reported that someone had vandalized his vehicle at location, 1100 block of 49th Avenue. Officer took report for second-degree criminal mischief. Damage approximately $500.
12:50 p.m. – Robin David Fox, 21, cited for no seatbelt and no license, 24th south of Long.
1:07 p.m. – David Ray Thornbrough, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Main and 44th. Cited and released.
2:32 p.m. – Dustyn Lee Barcus, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of menacing, 2300 block of Main. Cited and released.
4:03 p.m. – Jerome Henry Waldher Jr., 44, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unnecessary noise, 890 18th Ave., Boys and Girls Club of Sweet Home. Cited and released.
4:08 p.m. – Caller reported that someone has been painting crosswalk lines on the street and placing stop signs in the middle of the roadway, 46th and Airport. Officer responded. Public Works will remove stop signs.
10:38 p.m. – Annie Lee Bowsher, 31, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unauthorized departure, 1358 Main St. Cited and released.
