3:07 a.m. – Tracy Leanna Mullins, 44, cited for driving while suspended.

Oct. 21

1:54 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog was barking, 1100 block of 2nd. Officer responded. Area quiet upon arrival. Officer sat in the area and heard dogs barking farther away.

6:52 a.m. – Caller found a bag of needles, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. Officer disposed of the items.

7:58 a.m. – Caller reported an illegal cut and harvest of noble fir boughs from the Latiwi Creek area. Countless trees had been cut, and an abandoned camp that appeared related was located on the Sweet Home Ranger District. Report taken.

10:11 a.m. – Caller reported a male in the middle of the road blocking traffic, 12th and Long. Officer contacted a male who has mental issues and warned him for being in the roadway.

11:43 a.m. – Caller reported male was on her property and took items, 1400 block of Tamarack.

11:52 a.m. – Caller reported registration taken from his truck, 1500 block of Tamarack. Report taken.

3:16 p.m. – Caller reported she has video of someone entering her garage, 1700 block of 9th. Report taken. No items missing.

3:37 p.m. – Caller reported a red truck was unable to maintain lane and was driving under the speed limit, 3000 block of Main. Officer contacted a male who was running out of fuel. He made it to a gas station.

5:19 p.m. – Caller reported two males throwing an ax and knives at trees in Upper Sankey park. Officer advised the males of the complaint, and they moved on.

5:52 p.m. – James Andrew Linder, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original two counts of third-degree theft, second-degree theft and third-degree escape. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:54 p.m. – Breanna Marie Mansell, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County. Cited and released.

7:55 p.m. – Caller reported a wallet stolen, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at less than $100.

10:06 p.m. – Jamie Elizabeth Geiger, 33, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, 1800 block of 12th.

11:59 p.m. – Elizabeth Lynn Riddle, 20, arrested for driving under the influence and two counts of recklessly endangering another person and cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and minor in possession of alcohol; and Christian Nathanial Moon, 21, cited and released in field for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 2400 block of Main. Caller had reported a vehicle stolen.

Oct. 20

2:12 a.m. – Kyah Sheri Stratton, 29, cited for operating an unsafe vehicle, 800 block of Terrace Lane. Caller had reported waking up to a loud bang outside her residence. Officer responded. The noise was from a vehicle hitting an electrical box and crashing through the caller’s yard. The caller said the vehicle hit the house. The operator of the vehicle showed no signs of impairment and was uninjured. Vehicle towed.

2:35 a.m. – Caller reported a female was stabbing the community event sign with a knife, 18th and Long. Officer responded and contacted a female who was just picking out old staples from the sign.

8:44 a.m. – Caller reported that someone drove through the caller’s fence during the night, 40700 block of McDowell Creek. Report taken. Damage estimated at $1,200.

9:28 a.m. – Robert Lee Ikola, 67, arrested for first-degree theft, 2200 block of Larch. Cited and released.

11:11 a.m. – Caller reported items left on a property for more than a month, 2500 block of Long. Officer responded. Most items were trash left by trespassers. A rototiller was placed in found property.

12:23 p.m. – Lacey Marie Nicole Davidson, 39, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and failure to appear on four criminal citations, 1100 block of 38th. Caller had reported that someone took her TV and replaced it with a different TV. Report taken.

8:37 p.m. – Caller reported a white SUV had been parked for several days near the railroad trestle on Main Street. Officer contacted a female who said she was between housing and advised her of the city’s ordinance on camping. She moved along.

11 p.m. – Caller reported a theft caught on camera, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $7.

12:55 a.m. – Karen Linette Baugus, 45, cited for driving while suspended, Main and 23rd.

1:42 a.m. – Ariel Shanea Kaping, 25, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of theft of lost property, Linn County.

7:19 a.m. – Caller reported someone entered two unlocked vehicles during the night and took a box of ammo, 39900 block of Mountain Home. Report taken.

8:31 a.m. – Victor Kaniu Haiola IV, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

9:05 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a package, a pair of shorts valued at $16, from a mailbox, 28600 block of Liberty. Report taken.

10:29 a.m. – Caller reported he was bitten by a dog while reading a water meter, 4600 block of Kalmia. Report taken.

10:49 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle on the side of the road, 2200 block of Long. Placed in found property.

12:25 p.m. – Johnny Lee Stone, 26, cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original three counts of third-degree theft, second-degree theft and resisting arrest, Department of Corrections. Warrants will be reissued close to release date in 20 months.

12:40 p.m. – Caller found a purple and black backpack, Sankey Park. Placed in found property.

3:40 p.m. – Caller found a stolen item in her driveway, 5500 block of Nandina. Information noted.

4:34 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle cart was left in front of the caller’s house, 1200 block of 43rd. Placed in found property.

6:05 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into the caller’s residence, 300 W. Holley Road, Stone-brook Apartments. Information noted.

8:34 p.m. – Kristopher Ray Moak, 32, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving while suspended.

Oct. 18

12:21 a.m. – Caller reported a cougar in the yard, 1300 block of Tamarack. Officer checked the area on foot and in vehicle. Unable to locate.

12:33 a.m. – Leonid Smoylich, 40, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1227 Main St. Cited and released.

3:36 a.m. – James Eugene Mobley, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft, Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charges third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth and Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:42 a.m. – Caller reported she saw a cougar, 11th and Poplar. Officer unable to locate.

6:14 a.m. – Alicia May Grazer, 40, arrested on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

8:30 a.m. – Officer located a large tan cover in the roadway, Holley and Evergreen. Placed in found property.

9:09 a.m. – Caller reported that someone took an ATV winch that was welded to a steel plate, 3100 block of Highway 20. Report taken. Loss valued at $200.

9:53 a.m. – Caller found a small plastic bag of needles, Long and 27th. Officer disposed of them.

11:16 a.m. – Caller reported a male was stripping off his clothing but then put them back on, 890 Main St, Towne Pump. The caller asked him to leave several times, and he was refusing. Officer responded. A 40-year-old male was trespassed from the location.

1:25 p..m. – Christina Marie Briggs, 26, arrested on Linn County warrant for three counts of first-degree theft, second-degree theft and four counts of making a false claim for healthcare payments, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows.

3:17 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog continually comes into her yard and urinates on her trees, 1200 block of 57th. Officer contacted and warned the owner for dog at large.

3:24 p.m. – Jeremiah Luke Robles, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft; Jeremy Allen Moore, 41, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth; and Shateal Lynn Bandy, 34, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and probation violation, South Fork manufactured home park. Robles cited and released. Moore transported to Linn County Jail.

3:57 p.m. – Caller reported a credit card stolen, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken.

4:30 p.m. – Caller reported identity theft, 39900 block of Highway 228. Report taken.

6:33 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 4800 block of Main. Officer warned owner for keeping a dog as a public nuisance.

8:23 p.m. – Caller reported a female walked off with multiple items that belong to the pool, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Loss valued at $120.

10:18 p.m. – Officer located two juveniles out past curfew, 3000 block of Main. Officer warned a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old and released them to a grandparent. Parents advised.

11:19 p.m. – James Brian Tidwell, 60, cited for driving while suspended, 10th and Main.

Oct. 17

4:23 a.m. – Scott James Lutz, 47, arrested on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Albany.

6:26 a.m. – Caller reported a stray dog, 1000 block of 43rd. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

7:20 a.m. – Officer located a small fire in the gravel, Husky Field. Officer extinguished it.

7:49 a.m. – On patrol, a deputy located a deer that had been shot and dumped without being processed in front of the Liberty 500 gate. Deputy advised Oregon State Police. Deputy contacted one person on the BR500 Road with a tent in his vehicle. He assured the deputy he was not camping.

8:30 a.m. – Caller reported a gas can stolen, 1200 block of 4th. Report taken. Loss valued at $21.

9:03 a.m. – Lewis Hadley, 57, cited for offensive littering, milepost 23 Quartzville Road.

12:40 p.m. – Caller reported that someone cut a hole in the wall of the grandstands, making entry into a storage area, Husky Field. Nothing was taken. Information noted.

1:17 p.m. – Frank Thompson II, 44, cited for second-degree criminal trespass, 41200 block of Highway 228.

1:23 p.m. – Ann Margret Gappins, 42, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for second-degree theft, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

2:06 p.m. – Priscilla Denise Vanderark, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 38300 block of Crawfordsville Drive.

2:37 p.m. – Caller reported that a male who had been trespassed was in the parking lot in a vehicle, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken.

3 p.m. – Caller reported 13 tires dumped on Cascade Timber Consulting property next to the MR500 gate. Report taken.

6:05 p.m. – Caller reported finding an abandoned bicycle, 1200 block of 10th. Placed in found property.

6:15 p.m. – Caller reported that people are going through the house that burned down, 4300 block of Airport. Officer contacted the caller who advised a family member talked to the people and all parties left prior to officer arrival.

Oct. 16

3:09 a.m. – Caller reported two males assaulted him and took his wallet, 1000 block of 14th. Report taken.

4:04 a.m. – Jordan Nicole Moore, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card, Benton County.

6:42 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into two vehicles, 300 block of 12th. Report taken.

7:16 a.m. – Report taken for a death, 800 block of Cedar.

11:07 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked for about a month, 2200 block of Kalmia. Officer planned to attempt to locate the owner.

11:31 a.m. – Caller reported that several thousands of dollars had been stolen from the caller over the past couple of years, 42500 block of Upper Calapooia. Report taken.

1:31 p.m. – Brandon Ryan Freeman, 24, cited and released in field on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1198 38th Ave.

1:34 p.m. – Kyle Alexander Richards, 25, arrested on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and one for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon.

2:42 p.m. – A 15-year-old juvenile arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of minor in possession of alcohol, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

3:03 p.m. – Christopher Andrew Lee Hughlett, 29, arrested by Oregon State Police on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of providing false information to a police officer and carrying a concealed weapon.

8:05 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor left a doll on another neighbor’s porch as a joke and the neighbor got upset with the caller, believing that he left the doll there, 4800 block of Main. Report taken to be forwarded to the city attorney for review.

8:10 p.m. – Tianee Lee Levey, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and a new charge of possession of meth, 18th and Tamarack. Cited and released.

11:32 p.m. – Shelby Lynne Wymetalek, 23, cited and released on Linn County warrant for first-degree theft, 12th and railroad tracks.

Oct. 15

10:08 a.m. – Caller reported that someone burglarized a shop and stole an engine, engine stand and water pump, 48100 block of Highway 20. Report taken. Loss valued at $3,150.

11:13 a.m. – Micah Beau Reese, 30, cited for no license, 12th and Long.

11:35 a.m. – Caller reported a motor home parked on the street again, 1100 block of 2nd. Vehicle posted for removal.

12:09 p.m. – Officer located a dog running loose, 1100 block of 2nd. Dog returned to owner.

12:31 p.m. – Officer posted an abandoned vehicle for removal.

12:42 p.m. – Tyler Wayde Faughn, 22, cited for driving while suspended, using a mobile communication device while driving and driving uninsured, 1100 block of Long.

1 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole her passport and Social Security card, 1200 block of Nandina. Information noted.

1:23 p..m. – Jennifer Ann Martin, 41, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Bend.

1:45 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into the bottle cage, 1540 Main St., Safeway. A male subject got in but didn’t steal anything. Officer unable to locate.

3:39 p.m. – Caller reported a male passed out in front of Circle K, 2405 Main St. Caller was unable to wake him. Officer responded. The male was awake upon arrival. He said he was only taking a nap. He moved along.

3:39 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles left behind drug paraphernalia, 1443 Long St., Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Paraphernalia and drugs seized. Unknown who the juveniles were at the time.

3:36 p.m. – Caller reported a chainsaw was taken from the bed of a truck, 1118 Main St., O’Reilly’s. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,000.

4:01 p.m. – Kenneth George Adair II, 50, cited and released in field for driving under the influence and driving while suspended and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation on original charge of driving while suspended, 13th and Long.

4:22 p.m. – Rondell Allen Adams, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended and failure to appear on a criminal citation, Marion County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and new charge of possession of meth and cited for failure to wear seatbelt, Long and 18th. Todd Darin Strickland, 49, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. Adams transported to Linn County Jail.

5:01 p.m. – Caller reported that a female dumped mail in the dumpster, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. Officer contacted the female, who agreed to remove the items from the dumpster.

6:14 p.m. – Caller found a dog on the roadway, 4100 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel.

Oct. 14

7:06 a.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a customer who wasn’t picking up her papers, 200 block of 5th. Officer contacted the female, who was fine. She was having a hard time getting the paper from where it is delivered. Caller advised. Caller will try to get the paper closer to the door.

Oct. 13

12:49 p.m. – Jason Alan Hainline, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge if first-degree criminal trespass, Albany.

1:24 a.m. – Kristi May Rowe, 40, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 13th and Nandina. Cited and released.

1:33 a.m. – Jimmy Leon Coonrod, 66, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1344 Main St.

8:11 a.m. – Caller reported the church sign and building had been spray painted, 1150 Elm St., Elm Street Baptist Church. Report taken.

12:33 p.m. – Caller reported a trailer was left during the night, 2900 block of Juniper. Trailer posted for removal.

1:02 p.m. – Brianna Michelle Albert, 23, cited for driving uninsured, 600 block of Main.

3:15 p.m. – Carrie Rose Lee, 33, cited and released in field on Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 22nd and Larch.

Oct. 12

12:25 a.m. – Officer located a bicycle, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Placed in found property.

12:44 a.m. – Caller reported a male driving around on a riding lawnmower, 7th and Oak Terrace. Officer unable to locate.

7:16 a.m. – Lebanon Police Department requested assistance from the drug detection dog, 600 block of W. Oak, Lebanon. Assisted. Dog alerted to a vehicle.

10:06 a.m. – Caller reported a license plate taken from the caller’s vehicle, 1200 block of 23rd. Officer seized the remaining plate.

10:24 a.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 34, turned in herself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:13 a.m. – Caller reported that it looked like a neighbor threw a syringe in his driveway, 1900 block of 12th. Officer seized the syringe for destruction.

11:14 a.m. – Caller reported she went to visit her friend and the front door was wide open, 4300 block of Main. The interior looked ransacked. Report taken.

11:21 a.m. – Caller wanted an officer to look at possible cougar tracks in her neighbor’s yard, 1600 block of 11th. Officer contacted several neighbors who reported seeing tracks or a cougar with two cubs in the previous two days. Area posted. Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife notified.

1:33 p.m. – Officer located a purse in the men’s restroom, 1712 11th Ave., Northside Park. Placed in found property.

1:49 p.m. – A subject abandoned several items of clothing on Weddle Bridge when he saw a police officer, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park.

2:02 p.m. – Caller reported his quad was stolen, 1100 block of 24th. Report taken. Loss estimated at $6,500.

3:10 p.m. – Robert Aaron Davis, 44, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Junction City.

5:02 p.m. – Caller reported a fifth-wheel trailer had been parked all summer, 46th and Airport.

5:18 p.m. – Caller reported three vehicles had been parked in the area for weeks, 46th and Live Oak. Vehicles posted for removal.

9:41 p.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 35, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of driving under the influence and probation violation and new charges of possession of meth and possession of heroin, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

9:55 p.m. – Donald Wayne Ames, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and Philomath warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1000 block of Long. Cited and released.

10:52 p.m. – Lisa Marie Jones, 56, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of failure to appear and a new charge of possession of meth, alley behind Steelhead Fitness. Cited and released.

Oct. 11

12:59 a.m. – Caller reported a stray dog started following her down the street, 1500 block of Tamarack. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

5:17 a.m. – Mikeal Gerald Patrick Strawn, 23, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, 2000 block of Main.

5:26 p..m. – Caller reported his bicycle was stolen during the night, 1600 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $110.

8:06 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog bit him, 1800 block of 12th. Report taken. Dog quarantined.

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported that transients were living in an older green Dodge pickup in front of the caller’s residence, 2200 block of Larch. Officer contacted a male who denied staying in the vehicle. Vehicle posted for removal.

12:42 p.m. – Caller reported a Dodge pickup had been parked in a 15-minute zone for several days, 1300 block of Long. Vehicle posted for removal.

Oct. 10

8:05 a.m. – Caller found a set of keys, 1800 block of Fir. Placed in found property.

12:01 p.m. – Caller reported that someone accessed his bank account, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Account had been closed last year. Investigation continuing.

12:23 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle had been parked on the street for more than a month, 1000 block of 15th. Officer responded. Residents will try to contact owner to have it moved.

12:30 p.m. – Oregon Department of Corrections located a Sweet Home warrant on John Virgil Benson Jr., 32, for failure to comply on original charge of providing false information to a police officer. Due to subject serving a life sentence, the warrant was canceled through court.

12:50 p.m. – Caller reported his bicycle stolen during the night, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken. Loss valued at $200.

1:57 p.m. – Candace Marie White, 47, cited for driving while suspended, 2200 block of Long. .

2:46 p.m. – Caller reported a wallet and envelope with cash stolen from her vehicle, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken.

3:29 p.m. – Gerald David Perrien, 55, arrested for third-degree theft, felony possession of meth and felony possession of heroin, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Caller had reported a male with items stuffed in his jacket in the checkout line.

3:57 p.m. – Caller reported finding a needle by a trash area, 1200 block of 23rd. Officer disposed of the item.

4:13 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole his shoes and money, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Information noted.

4:40 p.m. – Caller flagged down an officer to report a syringe on the ground, 1400 block of 18th. Officer disposed of the syringe.

5:25 p.m. – Caller reported dogs at large, 100 block of W. Holley. Officer unable to locate.

6:36 p.m. – Caller found ID and other property, Sweet Home area. Placed in found property.
