1:36 a.m. – Robert James Selph, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of minor in possession of alcohol, Stayton. Transported to Marion County Jail for transport to Linn County Jail.

3:59 p.m. – Caller reported hat and sweatshirt stolen from garage, 700 block of 12th. Report taken for third-degree theft. Items valued at $30.

Nov. 4

2:05 p.m. – Antron Troy Wilson, 32, and Daniel J. Hollowell, 26, cited for no peddler’s license, 1142 Redwood St.

5:36 p.m. – Caller reported someone broke out a window at his residence, 1000 block of 13th. Officer took report for second-degree criminal mischief.

7:35 p.m. – Caller reported that she has had thefts of pop cans over the past week or longer, 3000 block of Main. Information noted.

9:09 p.m. – Dean Fredrick Pruitt, 39, arrested for felon in possession of a restricted weapon, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of meth, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s.

10:07 p.m. – Denis Marie Bonneville, 26, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. Cited and released.

Nov. 3

7:25 p.m. – John Virgil Benson, 25, arrested on restraining order violation and on Linn County warrants for probation violation on original charges of fourth-degree assault and first-degree attempted sodomy, probation violation on original charge of contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of failure to register as a felony sex offender, 3224 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Nov. 2

5:42 p.m. – Caller reported that his girlfriend’s identity was stolen by twin sister, who also rented a car in his girlfriend’s name, 1200 block of Second. Report taken for identity theft.

8:53 p.m. – Caller reported that electronics were stolen from his residence, 5500 block of Nandina. Report taken for first-degree burglary. Unknown value of stolen items.

9:24 p.m. – Jodi Lonia Honeyman, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charges of fourth-degree assault, 1215 Laurel Court. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Nov. 1

12:48 a.m. – Caller reported someone broke into his truck within the past half hour, 600 block of 14th. Rock thrown through window. Does not appear vehicle was entered. Officer took report. Approximate damage was $100.

9:27 a.m. – Caller reported that it looked like someone tried to break into shed, damaging the door, 40300 block of Highway 228, Holley Christian Church. Report taken.

3:08 p.m. – Mary Ruth Brooks, 49, cited for speeding, 63-35, Evergreen and Highway 228.

3:46 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole a motion detector from her backyard and rubbed dog feces on back of house, 2400 block of Jefferson. Report taken for third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 31

8:48 p.m. – Jamie Jesse Jimenez, 45, arrested on Salem warrant for failure to appear on original charge of criminal trespass, 1323 Nandina St. Held for detox and released.
