9:45 p.m. – Natasha Sue Funk, 42, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft, 1800 block of Main St. Arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft.

3:59 a.m. – Cynthia Kay Groce was cited for driving with a suspended license.
9:07 a.m. – Caller reported female trespassing onto neighboring private tree farm property. She had left prior to deputy’s arrival and was not identified, but she left behind a duffel bag of clothing, which was seized. Report taken. 1100 Turbyne Road.
11:21 a.m. – Male called the police department to report a fire behind Bi-Mart, 1980 Main St. Officer assisted; report taken for second-degree arson. No suspect information at this time.
September 16
7:27 a.m. – Caller reported theft of three fire extinguishers, 41600 block Upper Calapooia/Old Upper Calapooia Drive. Total loss valued at $300-plus. Report taken.
2:15 p.m. – Deputies responded to 28900 block Santiam Terrace Road to assist Oregon Department of Forestry with a fire on Frank Timber property. Investigation indicated someone was stealing firewood and started a fire with a saw. Approximately one-tenth of an acre was burned. Report taken.
5:43 p.m. – Caller reported finding his stolen vehicle and stopping it on a roadway, where he took the keys from its driver, 15th Ave/Main St. James Henry Davis, 57, was cited for possession of a stolen vehicle. Vehicle released to owner.
7:55 p.m. – Callers reported a vehicle crashing into a power pole, Main St./PV Road. Nicholas Tyler Gray, 34, was cited for careless driving.
7:54 p.m. – Caller reported a male and two females yelling, 1140 block of 12th Ave. Sean Thomas Garbers, 39, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass and possession of an open container of alcohol.
11:39 p.m. – Tyrone Perrine, 32, of Springfield, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended. 28100 block Hwy. 20.

11:59 a.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 23, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
12:29 p.m. – April Grace Gerhold, 31, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, 42nd Ave. near Long St. Arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation and Multnomah County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain a lane.
4:11 p.m. – Laurie Lee Thomason, 54, was cited and released on two Deschutes County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, second-degree theft, resisting arrest, second-degree attempted criminal mischief, and attempting an assault on a police officer, 2200 block of Main St.
4:30 p.m. – Customer found a credit card on ground, 890 Main St. The item was placed in Property.
7:06 p.m. – Terry Lynn Ballweber, 57, was cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for second-degree trespass and a Lebanon warrant for third-degree theft, 1900 block Main St.
9:55 p.m. – Colten Bryce Woody, 29, was cited for careless driving and unlawfully operating an ATV on the highway, 53rd Ave./Osage St.
September 18
2:42 a.m. – Lisa Dawn Johnston, 46, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, 2500 block of Long St.
10:15 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 54, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of meth, a criminal citation X8, first-degree criminal trespass, and a criminal citation X9, 1100 block of Long St.
11:14 a.m. – Sammy Hughes, 20, of the Sweet Home area, arrested for first- and second-degree theft, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, after non-injury motor vehicle crash in 28000 block Liberty Road. Hughes also arrested on multiple warrants. According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, the charges stem from a vehicle break-in reported to LCSO on Aug. 14, in which a wallet was stolen and the victim’s credit cards were used. Hughes was involved in the crash and deputies arrested him, according to LCSO. Report taken.
11:32 a.m. – Caller reported a break-in at his yard the previous evening and the destruction of his marijuana plants, 1300 block of Pleasant Valley Rd. Officer responded; report taken for second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft.
12:11 p.m. – Non-injury crash reported in 28000 block of Pleasant Valley Road/Ridgeway Road. 16-year-old female driver, whose name was not available, cited for failure to maintain lane, operating outside of driver restrictions. Report taken.

2:04 p.m. – Amber Dawn Barton, 42, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Also cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, 1800 block of 12th Ave.
