8:59 a.m. – Caller reported that they woke up to the caller’s garage door opening, 1800 block of Grape. Caller and her husband saw a male in their vehicle. The caller’s husband yelled at him, and he took off on a bicycle. The two located their belongings and a flashlight that belonged to the male. Information noted. Flashlight seized as found property.
9:56 a.m. – Caller reported that someone tried to steal items from his pickup during the night, 4400 block of Live Oak. Information noted.
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported a death, 1200 block of 23rd. Officer completed a death investigation.
10:24 a.m. – Caller reported that someone attempted to steal her washing machine, 100 block of W. Holley. Officer responded. Nothing damaged or taken. Information noted.
10:59 a.m. – Caller reported a subject inside a tent, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer responded. Subject gone upon arrival. The tent had been torn down. Caller advised that she tore the tent down. Officer advised her to call back if the subject returned.

12:09 p.m. – Chavana Ann Bowser, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Police.
1:51 p.m. – Caller reported that a screen was taken from a window, Ti Squared, 1305 Clark Mill Road.
2:34 p.m. – Caller reported an 82-year-old male was found deceased at home. Deputy conducted a death investigation.
2:38 p.m. – Caller reported that a male in a blue Ford pickup attempted to steal a cart full of food, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Food valued at $250. Report taken.
3:37 p.m. – Ronnette Leeann Robertson, 35, cited and released in field on a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller had reported a male and female loading up personal bags with groceries. Officer trespassed the male and female from the location.
8:36 p.m. – Dianna Hill cited for driving while suspended, Valley View and Highway 228.

5:44 a.m. – Justin Anthony Zib, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State University.
7:29 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle behind a building, 1000 block of Long. Placed in found property.
9:20 a.m. – Caller reported that a male attempted to steal a case of beer, 1540 Main St., Safeway. A male and female were trespassed from the location.
9:45 a.m. – Caller found a Samsung cell phone, 1200 block of Nandina. Placed in found property.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported a man standing in the middle of the road yelling at vehicles, 15th and Main. Officer contacted the male. He was upset at what other transients had said to him. He gathered his belongings and moved along.
10:59 a.m. – Caller reported that a lost dog was in her yard, 1700 block of Grape. She was unable to catch it. Officers advised. Dog owner advised.
11:20 a.m. – Caller reported a box of items stolen from a porch, 2400 block of Main. Report taken.
1:32 p.m. – Caller reported a yellow Lab running loose, Manzanita and 46th. Officer responded. Dog had returned to its residence.
2:09 p.m. – Wendy Earline Horner, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon. Cited and released.
3:41 p.m. – Single-motorcycle crash, 48300 block of Quartzville. Driver advised deputy the rear wheel of his motorcycle started to skid on the damp road as he was negotiating a curve, so he steered and went across to a gravel area where his motorcycle fell on its side causing minor damage. No injury. No citations.
3:54 p.m. – Caller reported an unruly parent at Husky Field. The parent had been asked to leave but refused. Officer responded. The parent had calmed down and was allowed to watch the remainder of the game from the parking lot.
8:14 p.m. – Caller reported people with a fire in Northside Park after dark. Officer contacted adults with their children and warned them for being in the park after hours.
9:01 p.m. – Steven Michael Baugus, 25, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 2424 Main St. Cited, held for detox and released.

5:51 a.m. – Caller reported that her boyfriend got mad at her, threw her dog and then threw a heater at her, 300 block of Holley Road. Report taken for domestic violence, non-mandatory arrest. Caller advised of options.
7:30 a.m. – Jennifer Lynn Harp, 46, arressted on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Salem.
8:08 p.m. – Caller reported wires to a power box had been cut, 1200 block of Linden. Report taken.
8:24 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a car battery from a vehicle engine compartment, 28000 block of Highway 20. Loss valued at $200. Report taken.

9:26 a.m. – Caller reported that a pickup ran into mailboxes two days earlier, 2200 block of Long.
11:19 a.m. – Jessie Lee Duncan, 23, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Jail.
1:56 p.m. – Chad Graves cited harassment, 40300 block of Piper Lane.
2:14 p.m. – Caller reported two stray dogs, 900 block of Cedar. Caller was able to contact owners, who were expected to arrive shortly.

5:56 p.m. – Caller requested to speak to a supervisor, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. He believed that he is part owner of the Police Department. 6:18 a.m. – Caller found a bike on Weddle Bridge, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Placed in found property.
11:03 a.m. – Caller found a dog in his yard, 700 block of Long. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

8:21 a.m. – Caller reported that an employee quit about an hour earlier and when he left, he backed into another employee’s car and left without leaving information, 1500 block of Tamarack. Report taken. Officer attempted contact with the other party, who was not home at the time. Officer left business card for contact.
8:50 a.m. – Caller reported her tire had been stabbed, 4400 block of Airport. Report taken. Loss valued at $75.
12:09 p.m. – Caller reported that transients are hanging out in the back of the old T&M building, 1111 Main St. The caller was concerned they will start a fire again. She asked they be trespassed. Officer responded and notifed a male and a female; they were trespassed from the property.
12:17 p.m. – Caller found a credit card on the playground, 3205 Long St., Hawthorne Elementary School. Placed in found property.
12:52 p.m. – Caller reported a gate damaged during the weekend, 42900 block of Marks Ridge. Report taken. Damage estimated at $500.
1:40 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole hunting gear, a camp stove, storage totes, a foam sleeping pad and more from a camp in the Gordon Road area, 51600 block of Highway 20. Report taken.

6:07 p.m. – Caller reported German shepherds continue to run after other dogs and people aggressively, 200 block of Boulder Ridge. Officer contacted the owners and advised them of the complaint. The owners said it was an accident and agreed to keep the dogs under control.
