12:41 p.m. – Trespass reported in the 45600 block of Sunnyside Road. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the property was left vacant when the occupant died. The owner’s daughters were left to care for the property but lived out of the area, and the location has been vacant for two years. Sometime in 2021, an unrelated person – not the owner or daughter – started to rent the home out to a family.…
