Lebanon police arrested a man following an early-morning pursuit through Lebanon and are looking for his female passenger.
At around 2:39 a.m. on April 23 Lebanon officers attempted to pull over a vehicle that didn’t have headlights on, but the driver, identified as Jacob T.
