Sweet Home Police Officer Rex Bostrom receives a shadow box filled with memorabilia from his tenure with the Police Department. Bostrom’s last shift ended at 6 a.m. on Aug. 10. He worked for SHPD for a little more than 20 years. He began working here in December 1991 after working about 2 1/2 years in corrections at the Lane County Jail.
