Dean and Karen Baldinger of Sweet Home have announced the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Baldinger, to Taylor Jackson, son of Jay and Janet Jackson of Lebanon.
Both are employees of Safeway in Sweet Home.
Jackson is pursuing a career in law enforcement, and Baldinger has plans to go into nursing.
Their wedding is planned for Aug. 19.
