Ray Perry Cooper
Oct. 31, 1942 – April 22, 2025
Ray left this life leaving fond loving memories with everyone he ever knew.
He was an Army veteran, avid hunter, loving and devoted husband to Wilma for 48 years, a devoted father to Sharee (Chester) of Dallas, Wayne of Cascadia, and Tyler (Kate) of Blue River. He had nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Ray always had a joke for anyone. He loved making people laugh. He also would help anyone in need.
In 1984 he survived a logging accident while at work in the timber industry. He lived in Sweet Home most of his life, except a short time where he lived in Alaska and his time in the military.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma of Sweet Home; his children, Sharee, Wayne and Tyler; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his sister, Loretta of Sweet Home. They will truly miss him and continue to love him and remember him fondly in memories.
Ray was preceded in death by his father, Ray; his mother, Era; and sister Grace.
Anyone who knew Ray knows they had a true friend, and he will truly be missed by all.
