Richard Keith Stephens, 55, of Sweet Home died Wednesday.
He was born in Orange County, Calif.
He is survived by: his children Richard Keith Nichols-Stephens, Trace Lynn Nichols-Stephens, Howard Leavern Mortensen, all of Sweet Home, and India Belle; 13 brothers and sisters; his parents Virgil and Bobbie Stephens; and four grandchildren, James Mortensen, Jessicka Mortensen, Daisy Nichols-Stephen, Mystique Terwilliger.
