Richards will stand for rural way of life

Editor:

By this letter I support and endorse Dylan Richards as a Republican Candidate for Oregon’s House District 17.

I have known Dylan for many years as a sincere person of high integrity and honesty. Since a young age, Dylan has been excited about politics. His aspirations are to eventually end up in Washington DC to represent all Oregonians.

His beliefs are very conservative, having received endorsements from Oregon Right to Life and the highest grade of endorsements for a non-incumbent candidate from the National Rifle Association and the Oregon Firearms Federation.

Dylan will receive his degree in political science from Oregon State University, depending upon post- COVID-19 scheduling.

Dylan worked at the Office of the Secretary of State, helping past Secretary Dennis Richardson as an outreach coordinator, helping businesses, working on elections and helping with legislative issues. He lists Dennis Richardson as a mentor and advisor.

Dylan is a Sweet Home town boy, growing up in a timber and logging family, and willing to help when and where possible. He has small-town values, yet aspires to do whatever he can to help our communities, state and country. He wants to represent and help the rural way of life.

Dylan will do a great job standing up for our rights, and work to keep the folks in Salem off our backs and out of our pocketbooks. He will strongly support the rights of the unborn, standup for the Second Amendment, support our natural resource industries of forestry and farming.

Dylan recognizes that farming, forestry and the production of agricultural and wood products are sequestering carbon from the atmosphere while continuing to protect our natural resources and the environment.

Please join me to maintain and strengthen our rural way of life, by supporting and electing Dylan Richards, a true conservative, for state representative for House District 17.
