‘Rigged’ letter had ‘very little truth’

Editor:

The letter in the Feb. 17 edition about the so-called rigged impeachment was nothing but an uninformed diatribe which had very little truth at all in it.

Apparently, the writer doesn’t listen to ALL the news out there. That includes Fox News. Before you make statements like you did, you need to hear all sides of the story.

Most of your story could change the word “Republican” for the word “Democrat.” It was slanderous to say the least.

Don’t you wonder how come all the looting and rioting are still going on? President Trump offered to send the National Guard. All the Democrat-controlled cities said no.

Our new vice president (a Democrat) is on record for paying bail for the few that were arrested. Your Democrat, Maxine Waters told the public to go out and abuse all the Republicans they could find. Is that American?

There are no instances that I know about of a Republican doing or saying such a thing.

Republicans typically are for the individual who thinks positive and tries to succeed at whatever level he or she starts at. It’s called Free Enterprise.

It’s the Democrats that have hobbled this country, closing down small businesses and supporting the huge, rich monopolies like Amazon and Facebook and Walmart, etc.

Maybe you should hear ALL the news so you can write a more positive letter, celebrating the good that the Republicans did in the last four years even with the relentless harassing of Nancy Pelosi and her squad of acclaimed Socialists.

Regarding the break-in at the White House, it was not the Republicans. Just because they carried Trump flags doesn’t mean they were for him.

I understand that Nancy Pelosi was warned of a plot to break in the White House from the FBI, and was offered protection and she turned it down. She most likely knew all about it. (That’s my opinion). It isn’t Republicans that are storming the cities and burning buildings and fighting our police.

Get your story straight.
