Robert “Bob” F. Bell

Robert “Bob” F. Bell, 71, of Albany, passed away Friday evening, Aug. 28, at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House in Albany.

Bob was born Jan. 4, 1944 in Tillamook, the son of William and Verna (Woodward) Bell. He resided in the Sweet Home, Eugene and in the Albany area most of his adult life. He graduated from Sweet Home High School.

Bob had worked in the inspection area for Wah-Chang in Albany for 42 years.

Bob loved working in his shop building anything, playing golf, hunting with his buddies and spending time with family. He was known as a master woodworker and avid hunter.

Bob married Lucinda M. (Carlisle) on July 25, 1998 in Albany. She preceded him in death on May 24, 2012. He is also preceded in death by his father William Bell.

He is survived by his sons Bryan Bell of Ketchikan, Alaska, and Aaron Bell of Salem; daughter Alecia Clutter of Clarkesville, Ga.; step-children Chad Fast of Beaverton and Tina Wolford of Lafayette; brothers William Bell of Albany, Thomas Bell of Albany, Teddy Bell of Damascus, and Jack Bell of Sweet Home; grandchildren Catherine Bersch, Colton Webber, Cassidy Webber, Taryn Clutter, Jacob Bell, Gaige Bell, Garrett Bell, Payton Wolford, Allie Wolford, Mia Fast, Grace Fast, Addison Fast and Lily Fast; great-grandchildren, Violet Bersch and Eva Bersch; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Evergreen Hospice House.

A memorial service is being held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the Millersburg City Hall.
