Robert “Bob” E. Morris, 81, of Sweet Home died Aug. 10, 2008.
He was born Dec. 25, 1926 in Coquille, but was raised and educated in Lebanon.
He served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific during World War II. He married the former Mary Grimes in Corvallis and they raised their family in Sweet Home. Mr. Morris worked as a commercial fisherman, mill worker and drove truck…
