Robert Ross Smith, 74, of Sweet Home died Tuesday.
He was born in Auburn, Wash., to Neal A. and Margaret (Ross) Smith.
He had lived all over the country including Washington, California, Florida and Hawaii.
Mr. Smith served in the United States Navy for 27 1/2 years. After the military he worked as a truck driver and car salesman.
He was a lifetime student and enjoyed target shooting.
