He was born May 28, 1939 in Brockton, Massachusetts to Charles Arthur and Dorothy A. (Kenerson) Gilman.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church and was active at the Sweet Home senior center.
Mr. Gilman enjoyed gardening, singing and reading.
