At 7:39 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of Marks Ridge and North River drive. Eric McAllister, 32, of Albany, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants in relation to the incident. He was cited and released from a local hospital.
