Driver Collette Ann Valentine, 20, center, stands next to a Toyota pickup that rolled on the icy surface of Highway 20 early Monday morning. According to Oregon State Police, the incident happened around 7:50 a.m. near Milepost 26. According to an OSP report, Valentine was traveling eastbound when she lost traction on the ice and the truck rolled onto the shoulder and into the ditch, overturning. No injuries were reported, though a dog that was in the vehicle had a scratch on its face. The truck was removed by Lloyd Rice Towing.
