Rescue workers tend to Devin Larsen, 19, of Sweet Home Sunday, Sept. 18, outside of his vehicle, a Chevrolet. According to the Oregon State Police, Larsen fell asleep while driving east on Highway 20 near milepost 24. His vehicle went into a ditch and up the embankment, going airborne and flipping upside down into a yard. Medics transported Larsen to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. No citations were issued. Emergency workers responded at about 1:30 p.m.
