Rosanna “Rosie” Esther Evarts, 99, of Sweet Home passed away Monday of natural causes.
She was born Jan. 18, 1922 in Salmon, Idaho, to Frank “Pappy” Gilbert and Clara Amelia (Schmitz) Hussey.
