Roy Dean Rowe, 70, passed away on Oct. 1, 2021 in his home in Hillsboro.
A memorial service will be held on Nov. 7, 2021, at the River House, Rood Bridge Park, Hillsboro.
Roy was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
His family eventually moved to Sweet Home where Roy attended high school. He graduated in 1968 with his best friend, Jack Hankins. Roy and Jack attended Linn-Benton Community then transferred to Oregon College of Education. He…
