Ruben Stepper, 80, died Dec. 8, 2007 while visiting in Phoenix, Ariz. He was born in North Dakota to John and Martha (Kerkenberg) Stepper, the second of 14 children. He served in the Army from 1945 to 1948. He attended the Assembly of God in Lebanon.
