Sweet Home students are competing at a LEGO robotics challenge Saturday, Dec. 4 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Linus Pauling Middle School in Corvallis.
Student teams have worked for eight weeks to build a robot made of LEGOs, and have programmed it to navigate an obstacle course. The course focuses on solving challenges faced by people with disabilities.
Each team will compete nine times during the day for presentation, technical and teamwork awards.…
