A team of Sweet Home men, U&R Logging, won the USSSA Men’s E Division State Championships in Bend a week and a half ago.
The team plays in the Albany C League and includes Brian Suter, David Younger, Joe Stafford, Clint Pollock, Ron Moore, Mike Malpas, Spence Hedley, Mitch McDonald, Tony Lopez, Phil Miser, Kenny Kittson and Justin Seiber along with Brice Seiber, Kevin Seiber and Madison Hedley.
All stars from the team included Younger, Spence Hedley, McDonald and Lopez. Moore was named MVP for the tournament.
