Beautification Basket Winner
India Rose Miner holds a flower basket she won at the Arbor Day event in Sankey Park, Saturday, April 26. The Sweet Home Beautification Committee held a drawing and India Rose, who attends Sweet Home Charter School, won the hanging basket.The Beautification Committee also passed out brochures, had a volunteer sign up sheet and gave away seeds. The Beautification Committee this week planted more than 1.000 plants in the Main Street median strip, at Shea Point and Clover Park.
