The Santiam Food Alliance, in partnership with Lebanon Downtown Farmers’ Market, hosted “Tomato Day” during the market’s weekly gathering on Thursday, Sept. 3, at Ralston Park.
The public was invited to taste different tomato varieties and glean helpful tomato tips from an Oregon State University Extension Master Food Preserver and a Master Gardener during the special event.
