The District 55 School Board voted Monday night to close Pleasant Valley Kindergarten next school year.
Kindergarten students, next year, will be disbursed among the district’s five elementary schools. Crawfordsville kindergarten students already attend Crawfordsville Elementary in a blended classroom with first- and second-grade students.
Supt. Bill Hampton recommended the closure for economic reasons.
