Recently, the Sweet Home School Board voted our superintendent a little more money to go into his pocket at the same time the school teachers’ union has also asked for more money because life is hard for the poor little darling teachers.
Let’s see if either has earned this money. I have in front of me a school calendar. One hundred seventy-eight total days are set aside for the Sweet Home school year. Thirty-six days are non-school days that kids are not required to attend school.
I would like anyone associated with the School District to explain this to me because it seems your folks are quite lackadaisical concerning our children’s welfare and education.
