Sweet Home Midget American baseball players took second in the Junior Baseball Organization Championship Tournament held in Corvallis July 11-14. The tournament consisted of top teams from Oregon and Southern Washington.Sweet Home played nine games and lost to Camas, Wash. in the title game. Team members include Dawson Armstrong, Hunter Coulter, Cade Gaskey, Russell Holly, Keegan Jensen, Ales Kisselburgh, Brayden Newport, Brady Nichols, Tyler Seiber, Carson Smith, Treyson Smith and Aiden Tyler. Coaches are Brandon Gaskey, Nick Tyler and Jody Smith. Bat boy is Bode Nichols.
