Spectators garbed in forestry gear, cheer during the boys basketball game against Philomath Jan. 11. The evening included a raffle to shoot a “Half Court Shot for $500” during halftime of the girls and boys varsity games. Sponsored by Burke Logging, it raised money to support the Sweet Home Forestry Program. While neither winner made their half-court shot, the sponsors donated $500 each to the boys and girls basketball programs.
