Seven arrested in Nandina Street drug bust

Seven people were arrested early Wednesday morning, Oct. 15, after police officers executed a narcotics-related search warrant at 1102 Nandina St., Police Chief Jeff Lynn said.

Lynn said members of his department and the Linn County Sheriff’s Office conducted the search of the residence at approximately 7 a.m. Wednesday and detectives located and seized dealer amounts of methamphetamine,marijuana, scales, packaging material, drug paraphernalia, drug records, stolen property and a firearm.

Seven adult subjects were arrested at the location.

Danny John Kleiven, 57, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and/or sold.

David Duane Phillips, 59, was arrested and charged with frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and/or sold.

Dallas Andrew Samson, 32, was arrested and charged with frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and/or sold.

Dixie Lee Samson, 50, was arrested and charged with frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and/or sold.

Schrene Marie Worley, 45, was arrested and charged with frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and/or sold.

Corey Andrew Burdick, 38, was arrested on an outstanding Oregon State Parole Board warrant and a warrant out of the Albany Municipal Court for Failure to Appear – False Information.

Heather Rachel Greenwalt, 32, was arrested on an outstanding Skagit County, Wash. warrant for Failure to Appear – Forgery.

Lynn said the investigation stemmed from concerns within the neighborhood associated with frequent short-stay traffic at the residence. The investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending, he said.
