Sweet Home’s cross-country boys finished seventh in a 21-team 4A/3A/2A/1A field Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Northwest Classic at Lane Community College in Eugene.
Despite the absence of one of their top runners, Ryker Burr, and a mid-race exit from the race by Elijah Rodriguez, who was leading the Huskies at the start, they still put three runners in the top 50 in a field of 168.
