Sweet Home lost 8-1 to Valley Catholic in baseball Thursday, April 18.
The week was a bye in Sweet Home’s league schedule, and the Huskies traveled to Beaverton to face Valley Catcholic.
Zach Luttmer scored in the first inning after singling to reach base. He advanced to second on a wild pitch. Colton Smith singled on a hard ground ball to right field, and Luttmer scored on the throw.
