Sweet Home police arrested Kristopher Ray Moak on Aug. 25 after a caller reported a male dragging a female into a house by her hair while screaming at her.
Initially held on charges of kidnapping, menacing, harassment, restraining order violation and violation of release agreement, the district attorney has filed charges of coercion, menacing (domestic violence) and harassment against Moak. Police responded to the call at 1250 2nd Ave. at 3:03 a.m.
