Darrell Loren Schilling, 51, of Sweet Home was sentenced in Linn County Court on March 6 to 27 months prison on three charges related to an incident that ended in a standoff with police on March 22, 2019.
He also was sentenced to 24 months post-prison supervision and ordered to pay $879.18 in fines and restitution.
He pleaded no contest fourth-degree assault, attempting to elude a police officer and unlawful use of a weapon. Schilling also pleaded guilty to failure to appear.
As part of a plea agreement, charges of fourth-degree assault, coercion, reckless driving and interfering with a police officer were dismissed.
Sweet Home police arrested Schilling after a pursuit to a wooded property at the north end of Clark Mill Road, followed by a 12-hour standoff during which, police said, Schilling exited his vehicle with a firearm and took cover behind his vehicle.
Police had responded to a report that he had physically injured and threatened a woman in the 2200 block of Ironwood.
