SH School Board starts process of issuing bonds

On August 10, the Sweet Home School Board unanimously approved two resolutions to help fund upcoming district projects, taking the next step with the voter-approved general obligation bonds that will enable the district to collect $12.252 million in Oregon School Capital Improvement Matching grant funds.

The board approved Resolution which lets the district issue and sell up to $40 million in voter-approved general obligation bonds.
