Sweet Home police took a 17-year-old Sweet Home boy into custody for first-degree rape last week.
Police arrested John Henry Brozek at 8:42 p.m. on Feb. 14 at the Sweet Home Police Department.
On Feb. 16, the Linn County District Attorney’s Office filed additional charges, with Brozek arraigned the same day on two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sodomy in Linn County Circuit Court. All charges are class A felonies.
