Sharon Elaine Stafford Everhart
July 30, 1945 – September 15, 2023
Sharon was born in Monroe, Wisconsin, July 30, 1945. At age 10 Sharon and the family moved to Sweet Home, Oregon May of 1956. Sharon and sons, Larry and Matt, moved to Garibaldi in 1981. They have remained in the area since. She worked at Point Restaurant before moving to Coast. here, she worked at Old Mill, Rinehart Care Center. Her last job was for Tillamook Sheriff Department (20 years). At all places, she was the head cook.
One of Sharon’s favorite things in life was to volunteer. She volunteered at Garibaldi Days, and Crab Races, Christmas Tree Express, Red Hat Gals, Eagles and Moose lodge. Hobbies for life were fishing, hunting, camping, bingo and bunko, the casino, crochet and did I mention BINGO! OHA was very close to her heart. Sharon met Chuck Everhart in about 2007. He became the love of her life. Sharon is preceded in death by husband, Chuck, her mom and dad, Betty and ted Meichtry, Son, Larry Stafford, Chuck’s daughter, Chrissy, two sisters, Janice Borden and Christine Emma, and nephew Steven Norenberg (army). Survived by Matt Stafford, Taylor Stafford, Hannah Rowland, Aiden, Hayleigh, Vayda Rosales, Vickie and Wayne Walker, Donna and Sam Lucontro, Lorna Hobbs, numerous nieces and nephews, all the Everhart children, grandkids and great-grandkids. A Celebration of Life will be held at Eagles Lodge, 209 Stillwell Ave, Tillamook, OR – at 2:00 p.m. October 28, 2023.
