Students from the Sweet Home High School Forestry Club pull apart a smoldering slash pile near Powell Cemetery off Berlin Road between Lebanon and Sweet Home. The activity was part of the club’s third annual fire school held in the Sweet Home area. Sweet Home was joined by several other forestry clubs from around the state.
