Shirley Diana Wells, 66, of Sweet Home, died Feb. 4, 2023.
She was born Jan. 9, 1957, in Newberg to George Elvin and Vivian (Tatum) Wall.
She lived in Albany, Lacomb, Sweet Home, Gates, Mt. Angel, Abiqua River, Falls City, Tillamook, Salem and Newberg before finally settling back in Sweet Home.
Mrs. Wells was an exceptional homemaker, teacher and caregiver for her daughter for 16 years. She attended Sweet Home New Life in Christ Fellowship.
She enjoyed knitting, gardening, sewing, hiking and working with her dairy goats.
Mrs. Wells is survived by her husband, Gary Wells of Sweet Home; children Trinity Lepinski of Lebanon, Sarah Skelton of Tangent, and Elisabeth Gillam of Sweet Home; and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Majesta Wells, on Oct. 15, 2022.
A memorial service was held Feb. 11 at New Life in Christ Fellowship in Sweet Home.
